What a disappointment! Unsure why you aren’t staffed or trying to get orders out if you have food up and bingo breaks. We get 17-20 minutes and I spent my entire break with only one person in front of me waiting to order and get food. Two others behind the counter not working tonight. I literally was being helped by a sloth! Don’t rush me, I get paid by the hour. After taking care of the lady in front of me, he put on gloves to work the register and take my payment. Then pack the order. SMH! I asked for the 3 piece. Requested No leg!!! 3x I asked. Wing, breast and thigh with the OK nod! Guess what I got. A leg I wouldn’t eat. Would you like a biscuit or cornbread? Cornbread, please! I got a biscuit. Discovered once I returned to bingo with my order. During the cornbread fiasco - I was told it had jalapeños in it. OK, that’s fine. They both stop and start looking for the nutritional information! Why??? Just finish my order, please! The entire time I was pleasant but let them know I needed to hurry. Lady behind me also couldn’t believe the delay in figuring how to get orders together and out in a timely manner. Now let’s talk chicken! Horrible! Not at all proper hold temperature to be serving. It was luke warm at best. Whatever you do for breading - throw out the recipe and start over! You ruin the best part of why most people order chicken (a delicious, crunchy outer breading). It doesn’t even have a nice appearance. The chicken could use a brine. It had no flavor! Blah. Mashed potatoes too salty and also not hot enough. A complete disappointment. When I get back to bingo…a gentleman next to me asked how I liked the chicken? I told him and he said me either and showed me his full meal in the trash! You have an opportunity to fix this. You just have to figure it out. Chicken is a favorite for people…but not yours!
I hate to even write this because I am constantly reviewing places I go, see, do or stay. You rank at one of my lowest. Just one above my lowest! I have to give at least one star for my review but you really shouldn’t have that either.

This was our first-time visit to the casino and Funky Chicken. Got the 12pc chicken meal with sides and bread. The chicken was so tender and juicy, it was the best chicken we’ve had in a long while! The server was very polite and the food was served quickly. The meal was reasonably priced, as well. We will definitely be back in the near future. We highly recommended!

This fried chicken is amazing and filling. The biscuit maybe one of the best, it has unique taste. Mashed potatoes and gravy perfect for dipping the biscuit and chicken with. The value is one of the best for what you get. The 3 piece meal is a great deal more than enough for one or two people. I would there just to get this chicken.

Took a half hour to order and get food at the chicken place.(only 3 people in front of me) The bigger kid working was all over the place and flustered. He overflowed my mash and gravy to the point it was leaking everywhere and then decided that it would be a good idea to just put it in another container upside down. Who eats mash and gravy upside down. I also had to tell him 3 times that i was still waiting on another side of mac n cheese.(they had a full new pan) They also forgot to put my ice t in the to-go bag. And to top it off they only gave me 1 set of silverware for 2 people.
Best pancakes in the whole NY city ( especially the chocolate and banana one)!! We also tried the mc and cheese with the chicken on top and it was just delicious. The restaurant’s decorations is so cute; It reminded me of the 20s in America. We went twice in four days which means it is really worth it! I would definitely go back.

An old fashioned American Diner experience! We all loved it. Kids because of massive pancakes and milkshakes, husband because of amazing eggs and me because I could have a Pina Colada at 9 am with breakfast!!! Memorabilia on the walls. We could have been in ‘Grease’

They specialize in burgers shakes and tater tots. Service was good and food came quickly. Burger was okay. Shake was good. Tots were the best part of my meal. Both kids and adults were happy and full.

Grabbed 2 seats at the counter on a Sunday morning because the line was out the door. My wife had the 3 cheese grilled cheese and I had the Easy Rider. Both were very good. The bartender was very engaging and the atmosphere was diner-esque. Enjoyed the decor and will definitely be going back our next trip.
