Absolutely amazing. My only issue was waiting over a half hour for them to clear the alcohol from my rook because I am under 18. To then get my room to see none of it was actually removed from the room. Personally that is not an issue for me, but for others that could become a very large one. Housekeeping needs to double check before conforming something has actually been done. The front desk staff was wonderful along with everything else
The staff members were very friendly and accommodating. The facilities are beautiful and clean and included many amenities I wasn’t prepared for as I have never been to a place like this before. I didn’t allow myself enough time to enjoy everything but the massage and manicure I got were amazing. Thank you for a nice relaxing day 💕
The room was large. Bed very comfortable. Turn down service wonderful. Greeted upon arrival. Bags were stored until room was ready as we arrived for breakfast. The bathroom was clean and stocked with personal supplies.
