My husband and I really enjoyed our dinner tonight at the tavern. Our server was very sweet and the manager was very gracious, she made sure we enjoyed everything and she was always there to help the staff. All in all a nice dinner in a enjoyable environment.
Way over priced now. Too bad I used to love it. Might as well just go to the buffet for the same price as they're Philly steak! No thx.

I went here with my wife for a date night the prices we're very high.there was not a lot to choose from.My wife got wings and I got a burger the wings were the worst wings we have ever had they were very dry and the BBQ sauce tasted fake I don't know how you can screw up chicken wings up Plus the burger was dry too.not going here again

We had Cheese, spinach, dip with fried pitas, that was full of cheese. Also had the chicken Reggies and my wife had Chicken wings. All was OK but I prefer more healthy options. They have two salads, but filling up on lettuce isn’t my idea of a good meal. I’m disappointed they don’t have more vegan options or at least entrées with vegetables on them! This is why it’s so difficult for people to become healthy. It’s because we don’t have the option.

Upstate tavern is one of my favorite places to dine. The atmosphere is large and open. Very rustic industrial. The service and servers are always always ALWAYS fantastic. Consistently I can always take a friend there from out of town and know that we will have great service. The gluten free (YES, I will always hammer home the gluten free options here) lack something to be desired. That being said, they have a salmon on the gluten free option that is cooked to perfection and a sauce that its tastefully paired with.

The service and waitress was great, even the atmosphere it definitely got the New York State style to it. The only thing I wasn’t happy were the food options for a person with a gluten and nut allergy. I wanted to try the burgers but couldn’t because of the bun. I was highly impressed though when I did order my salad a person from the kitchen delivered it with gloves and handed it directly to me. I will definitely come back and try different foods and drinks I just wish that there were more allergen friendly options!!!

Poutine was good, although the tavern signature burger was awful, so much blue cheese you couldn’t taste the meat and for $20 al you can enjoy are the fries, waitress was very nice and I’m sure if she knew how much blue cheese was on that burger, I know she’d return it and give me a real signature tavern
