Normally a good location but the pretzels were very stale this time we got it like its been waiting outside since the morning and the bread texture was different than normal.

Pretzels were ok, not the best I've ever had from auntie Anne's. The line was very long but moved extremely quickly, staff was fast, efficient, and friendly.
Though the pretzels were slightly overcooked and only like warm.
There was a big selection of different types of pretzels and other pretzel related food items.
I had pretzel nuggets and a frozen lemonade. The frozen lemonade is amazing!

lady at register was rude but it’s fine, but then she just didn’t give me my change??? was literally so confused and then she just dismissed me and took the next persons order so i walked away. like girl hello? 😭

I bought two original pretzels I didn't get napkins too much oil for me and for some reason they tasted bitter I wouldn't recommend it to anyone again

I had the pleasure of coming into Auntie Anne’s and had excellent service by Jen and the rest of the workers. Despite the being super busy true recognized me and that I order pretzels with a food allergy (without butter). They even made the pretzel for me before I even ordered when I was in line waiting! If I could give a higher review I would! The staff in Victor is always very polite, hard working and genuinely amazing! Thank you!
Dietary restrictions: Offer dairy free pretzels! Just ask to order a pretzel, pretzel nuggets, etc just without butter!

I need to give a shout out to this amazing crew! The lines were so long and the workers were really hustling and yet Every one of them was smiling and so nice! I frequent this one quite often and Jenn is amazing all the way down to her fun food earrings! I love this place!!!
Ordered 5 items, got 4 of the 5 correct.We got a blue raspberry lemonade ice, a cup of cinnamon sugar pretzels, a cup of pretzel dogs, an order of icing to dip and an order of cheese to dip. All was correct except for the pretzel dogs which were replaced with regular pretzels.I know they weren't out because I could see several cups in the display. I was going to go bring this up to them to get the order adjusted, but I realized that they never gave me a receipt so I didn't bother.Atmosphere is a mall food court, so about what you'd expect.
