Food was fantastic. We had the steak special and it melted in you mouth. Truly awesome. The time it took for our meals to arrive was not impressive. I didn’t expect it to be quick, but you need to ensure you have 2-3 hours. Luckily we where with friends having great conversations

Very nice quiet bar. Well made cocktail. Specials were delicious. Portions are truly large. Two to three meals worth. I appreciate the small number of offerings. Looks like they want to do a few things well. My first impression is that they are succeeding at that. Will definitely go back.

Food truck is open again! They added the Muffaletta to their daily menu which I was thrilled to see. It did not come on foccacia bread which I missed, but actually didn't miss once I ate it. Give it a try, you won't regret it.Salad was huge as usual!

My wife and I have eaten at the Bistro 11 in Victor, NY many times over the years and we were always quite satisfied with the food served and the service rendered. That alone justifies me giving them a five star review but there is more... In 2021 while we were still struggling as a community and nation with the impacts of the COVID-19 pandemic the owner Dominic assisted in 3 separate US Veteran related events. He went all out to serve those who had served and I'm not even sure if he came away with a profit in so doing. As a US Veteran and a member of American Legion James Cooke Post 931, Victor, NY I wanted him to know how much we appreciated it but I'm not sure if there are enough words in the English language to express it...So perhaps a few words in Italian that come to mind might help... grande grazie meravigliosa eccellente famiglia sovranità significativo delizioso ....THANK YOU!!!!

In my opinion, the quality of the food is not what it used to be. We have been patrons of this restaurant for a few years thus the basis for our comparison. We supported Bistro 11 throughout the COVID pandemic with take-outs but our recent take-out was at best just fair; wilted lettuce, bread with no butter, mediocre food, punctuated by a $2.00 take-out charge. I believe most patrons can appreciate the " COVID effect" and the ramifications as a result of it but if the food quality has changed please do not add an additional charge.

The class of 65 from Victor just had their 55 plus one reunion at Dominick’s Bistro 11. The food was delicious and the service was great! Would definitely recommend the Bistro! Thanks Dominick!
