We have enjoyed shopping at the Bjs in Victor New York for many years. Recently, we've noticed that the store is not as organized as it used to be, and it is difficult to get help from staff. When we went in yesterday, we were unable to gain access to a few items that we needed because there were large carts and carriers in the aisles directly in front of the items that we needed. We were also unable to gain access to one of the products we needed because it was at the very top of the shelving still wrapped in a pallet and were unable to find someone that could help us. When we attempted to check out there was only one register opened and there were about 10 people in line. Unfortunately, we were not able to use the self check out so we ended up waiting in line for nearly 20 minutes. The store used to be so clean, well stocked and organized and it just hasn't been that way over the last couple of months, it's very disappointing.

I checked the Victor hours online and saw I could make it after work with a little more than an hour to do my holiday shopping, when I arrived I was informed the store was closing I ten minutes. I showed the employee the hours online and she called the customer service desk. When I showed the employee at the front of the store she was less than helpful and could care less there was a mistake. She stated BJ’s only stays open later during holidays. I wasted a trip and my time. A little customer service recovery would have gone far as I understand mistakes happen however this employee decided that my business want worth her time.
