I used to like the bonefish grill in victor, not so anymore. The other day I ordered takeout, only to find a large black beetle in my salad. Upon calling, they said they would refund me ... they never did. So I called a second time today, I was told they would get back to me about refunding me... again they never did. I am not one to usually do something like this but this is both unsanitary and bad customer service. In fact, the night after eating the salad (before finding the large Coleopteran) I was driving and I had such bad food poisoning I had to pull over and relieve myself on the side of the road. It was unpleasant, believe me.

Had an awful experience two weeks ago with pick up order. I ordered it at 4:00 for 6:30 pickup and I didn’t get it until 7. When I got it home, one of the entrees was missing. I checked the receipt and it wasn’t on it, so I thought it was a mistake. The next day, the full charge hit my bank account, even for the entree I didn’t receive. I called the restaurant and spoke to Steve; he promised a refund but it never came. I called and spoke to him last Saturday again and he promised to take care of it. As of today, after two weeks and two calls, I still haven’t received the refund. What a disappointing experience all around.

First time there and I was very impressed I got a lobster tail which was seasoned perfectly and the calamari appetizer's sauce was to die for. We kept it on the table to dip with the rest of our meals. The waiting staff was very kind and efficient, I will definetely be back

Dinner as always is on point. My husband's Chilean Sea Bass and my Salmon were perfectly paired with delicious sauces. Their lobster bisque was smooth and full of flavor. The waiter was very attentive. If you are not a fan of seafood, I suggest visiting a Bonefish restaurant. They will get you 'hooked' on Seafood.

The food is almost always good. We did get over-cooked tuna once, but most always good. Choppino was excellent. I just wish it was not a special. I'd like to see it on the regular menu. It was also so cold we and several others had to leave on our coats. They did finally adjust it after we complained. Service is always good.

Wonderful choice of seafood entrees and options, also many alternate vegetarian and meat options. All choices we ordered were very enjoyed, beautiful presentation, great portions and Just DELICOUS. Server Leah was exceptional, pleasant, VERY efficient and just VERY kind, conversation, words to us. Bang-bang shrimp, lobster tail, asparagus, cod, chocolate creme brule... even bread truly DELICOUS. Finally got there and can't wait to go back!

Had steak & crab cakes with spinach mashed potatoes. Great flavors small crab cake. Also had bang bang shrimp & pot stuffers. All excellent. Appetizers were huge. Great service. Excellent table . Had great company with my friend too.

Had date night with the wife. The steak was incredible and perfectly cooked, along with the crab cake. Comfortable atmosphere. You're at the mall so you can easily people watch and make fun of them, get a window seat. Server was on point with everything we needed.
