I have always wanted to stop in. I finally got the chance and I am so happy I did !!! I ordered the pancakes (omg) and a iced mocha latte with oat mylk it was amazing!! This place is so cozy yet so much room to relax and the decor is so sweet. The service was amazing so friendly. I will be back with my husband!!!

Believe the hype! We went to the Penfield location specifically to try the Cuban menu. The restaurant was sparkling clean and the service was excellent.
Four of us ordered different Cuban dishes, while my two youngest ordered off the kids menu. The portions were huge - even the fresh fruit side dishes for the kids! Everything was delicious. The whole time, our table was just a chorus of "Mmm!" while reaching over and trying food off of each other's plates.
We will definitely be back!

unlike I usually do, I got 2 coffees to fuel me for a 6 hour drive back to Boston today. I got the Cadbury latte and the crème brûlée latte, both iced with almond milk. For the Cadbury latte, they were out of toasted marshmallow syrup so we decided to substitute with shortbread syrup (which was still very good). I enjoyed this latte a lot but less than the crème brûlée latte which was SO good. The crème brûlée latte has toasted sugar in it which gives it almost a little bit of a smoky caramelized flavor. It was amazing and definitely worth trying both seasonal flavors. They also had a selection of packaged gluten free snacks so I picked up a rice krispy treat. I didn’t order any food but I did overhear one of the baristas on the phone listing off all the gluten free options they have (and let me tell you, that gf English muffin breakfast sandwich sounded so good). It’s always a pleasure stopping by the coffee shops in Rochester (who knew there were so many) and busy bean ranks highly up there!

Stopped in for lunch today and the food was excellent. We ordered a Buffalo Chicken Quesadilla and the lunch special Grilled Cheese with their soup of the day, Chicken with Poblano Peppers. The portions were plentiful, everything was delicious, but the soup was out-of-this/world flavorful with just the right spice level. We grabbed a couple of lattes to go after our meal and they were perfect. We will definitely visit Busy Bean again!

One of my favorite cafes ever. The blend of European coffee culture and American diner vibes create a uniquely comfortable experience for the ones who just can't take another plastic table in a food-court-like setting anymore. The coffee is excellent; the food an homage to your grandma's breakfast table; the seating a nostalgic memory of less stressful times. A spa for the mind!

They have really great service and food, but I was so disappointed to see they got rid of their play area for kids. This was the only place in the area that had a separate area for kids to play, so we are pretty bummed this is no longer an option here.
