Been coming here since they opened and it is always a happy, delicious, and fun stop. Their coffee, latte, and espresso game is on point. Variety of breakfast and lunch options. Their soups are delicious, which isn't something I say often when going out to eat (soups are usually made too salty for my taste). Staff and owner are always friendly and are wonderful.I've liked everything I've tried from their menu, which is the majority of their menu, but my go-to is the breakfast burrito. Then they came out with their pulled pork. Absolute game changer.Get it in the burrito!

Had another great visit @ Busy Bean today, it is always my go-to when meeting a friend for coffee and/or a bite. I love the cozy atmosphere and the staff is always so helpful & friendly. My Cinnamon Leprechaun Latte was delicious and the Latte art was lovely!

Wonderful gem in Victor! ⭐️☕️ Busy Bean is my go to spot when meeting someone for coffee, grabbing a breakfast sandwich on the go or going out to enjoy breakfast. The staff is always friendly and helpful, food is prepared with care. Can get very busy at times which causes extended wait times for food. Hoping Busy Bean will be in Victor for many more years to come!!

I was not impressed. The coffee shop counter service was not conducive to eat in breakfast. The tea selection was good on the flavored teas but the regular black was budget bags. The sausage was almost entirely sausage with not enough gravy to wet the biscuits. The biscuits were not flakey or crumbly, but hard and crunchy. The scrambled eggs were flat and heavily browned. This place is probably a good place to meet a friend for coffee, but I recommend you skip the breakfast.

I love this place, first time and I will definitely come back. Did wait maybe 7-10mins for someone to come and greet us and take our order but the food and coffee made for it. The breakfast panini was 10/10.

We have 1 hour for lunch were right across the street from New busy bean in penfield, we decided to give you a try I ordered grill cheese with tomatoes waited 30 min before we got our food and food was wrong how do you mess up a grill cheese of course no tomatoes. You just opened and my thought is you'd want to make an impression on people in a day where people order to go you rarely get people going into places to eat for lunch, busy bean get it right with your kitchen staff

I went for a latte this morning. The people were friendly and service good. The latte was the right temperature but no flavor. Basically hot milk. Espresso is not that expensive.

Met a colleague for coffee and found Busy Bean a real treat. Seating is plentiful and split into two rooms. Service was warm and helpful. We both left with baked goods to go. Excited for the Penfield location to open to try more menu items.

First time here and I will definitely go back! The food is made to order, so not a place to go if you are in a hurry...we were here on a Monday around 10:30 and it took about half an hour to get our food. The menu isn't huge, but has a good variety of sweet and savory. The banana bread French toast was really good, with homemade banana bread. It was a bit pricey...cost us around $40 for two people.

I love stopping by small business in the local area. Busy bean has a cute interior, gives a feeling of stopping by a friends house and sitting down for a cup of coffee. The drinks are decent, not the best I have had but definitely not the worst. The food is good in my opinion, it does take a little while for it to come out, but it's a small kitchen so to be expected.
