Waited close to an hour for our meals. The food was mediocre. Service was slow and there weren't many people there. Champps is not what it used to be. I wouldn't be surprised to see it be the next restaurant to close at Eastview Mall.

Went for the first (and only) time last Friday for the fish fry. To say the least it's was sadly disappointing and for $19. The restaurant was almost empty and we were seated next to the waitress station with servers in and out right next to us during the entire meal. The fish and chips we received look NOTHING like the picture in the menu our plates were mostly empty. 2 small pieces of fish that look like Gorton's from the freezer, a tiny handful portion of fries. A ketchup cup of coleslaw and smaller portion cup of tarter sauce.... which didn't matter as there wasn't much fish. If your going to put a picture on the menu your dish should match the picture. My husband was so disappointed ? as he was so excited to try this restaurant for his birthday. Definitely not worth the cost of the meal.

I am in town every couple of years and always try to stop at Champps because it has always been great food and wonderful service. Last week when I was in, the food was just as good as I remember, and the server was above and beyond amazing! She was so friendly, and even though she was very busy, she made the time for everyone she was serving! I will definitely be back the next time I am in town!!!

We had a good experience. It was Super Bowl Sunday so it was actually very slow. We were the only table for a while. Service and food were really good. Prices seemed a little high. It was about $20 for burgers/sandwiches.
The food here was great and the staff was friendly. I was with a larger party and we all got a variety of food. Everyone enjoyed their food. The drinks here were a more corporate style of drink not a higher end bar style. The menu has a large variety of food including seafood and there is a price point for everyone. The atmosphere feels a little dated, but definitely a clean restaurant. I would visit again.

We made reservations on Open Table for a group of 17 on a Saturday night. We got there a little early and our tables were already marked reserved. We walked by lines of people and were seated immediately. Serena served our entire group. She was amazing…. Very attentive and accurate! The rest of the crew helped prepare and serve ALL of us in short order and almost simultaneously! We all got different dishes and everyone was very pleased with their meals. Our hats off to Manager Brian and his great team. We highly recommend and plan to return soon!

I was happy to visit Champps at Eastview Mall the other day. I've always liked the spaciousness and their selection. I had a Margherita Flatbread with Pesto. It was simple but I prefer that. It hit the spot. My husband had the turkey club. Although he said it was average, he did think the waffle fries were better than most. The service was very good, which is saying a lot considering how short-handed most places are these days.If you're over at the mall or not, it's worth the stop.

A nicely appointed bar and grill with loads of seating. Family friendly. A good menu selection and the food is more than adequate for this type of setting. The staff are always friendly, especially the bartenders. Though it is located next to the mall, it has the vibe of a neighborhood establishment.
