Ordered my food was told a total of $17.06
When i looked at my receipt later i realized the employee helped themselves to a $2.56 tip. Thats Called THEFT if you ask me, i would have no problem leaving them one but nowhere did they have the option to leave a tip. I will let everyone I know not to eat at this franchise as they are Thief's. We will see if I can get a response from this location or corporate.

Bread wasn’t roasted fries were soggy didn’t even give me the right coke. Definitely not worth it.

I ordered the biggest sub they had (the old school) and received a peice of bread with no extremely small amount of steak . I'm not sure how to leave pictures if I can figure it out I will. I am not one to complain about what I get but this time I had to make an exception,. My wife did ask for a refund fake cheese sprayed on it, which they did honor

Scammers!!! I ordered a sub the money came off my card and they're saying it didn't go through. Then they were trying to make me pay again. I showed them the transaction went through they're saying it didn't. Seems like a scam to me!!! Pay cash dont use card. The manager talking about it happens alot. Well don't you think you should fix it???

The beef with cheese is very tasty. Potatoes are normal and good. The lemonade is good and everything in general is cozy. There is usually a long line and the wait is a little long, it depends on the time. Personally, I don't think it's the best beef with cheese, but it's still good.

I ordered a cheesesteak meal for my son and i knew the fries included very little so I paid for large fries and i got home..like a joke i can count how many fries in the big box and the sub ..unbelievable 😬

The management doesn’t know how to work their computer systems, they tried to charge me twice. The screen even said duplicate sale, and they still denied it. Finally I spoke to the owner and he said he would keep track of it and refund my money, if they charged me twice. I would not recommend you go to this place.

terrible service, got the order wrong, and charge me for stuff that they didn’t even give me. Would not recommend to anyone, there are much better places to eat in the food court. Seriously don’t come here, if you’re looking for a philly cheesesteak just go to subway

Restaurant located at the food court inside Eastview Mall. Ordered Regular Philly Cheesesteak meal ( $14.77 + tax). Good size portions for price. Food was prepared quickly. Drink refills are $.65 though. No free refills on beverages.

Waited in line for 25 minutes just for this woman to tell me to use the machine. I step out of the line and she immediately started taking orders from the line.

I ordered from Charley Cheesesteaks for the 1st time at the mall food court. Purchased a chicken cheesesteaks combo. Overall for the price and the portion amount I thought it was good. the sub was find and the fries had cheese and bacon on it. Everything was hot. Definitely a decent choice in comparison to similar meals from other restaurants.
