I ordered the cheesesteak sub. This “sub” had very little meat in it. Subway gives you more meat, and if you know how Subways subs are with little meat, that’s saying something. First and last time eating at this place. The Arab corner stores give you a better sub.

Love Charley's! They are my go to when eating at the mall. The lines can get pretty long at this location, but they do move quickly! Personally, I like to Mobil order when I eat here. The first time I did it was a bit confusing ad there is no exact pick up location, but now I know u pickup next to the registers. The food is super good, I always get the same thing which is the Chicken California with no lettuce. Super good! If you ever come here definitely try it!

I juts ordered today. At time I got my drink there was debris inside the ice cube. I told the employee he gladly gave me a different drink. This other employee came up grand the drink and starter to argue with me. About the debris I seen in the cup. Not a big deal. But when she started to argue with me. I will.never come back to a store that doesn't care about quality

1st times I've eaten here. I LOVED EVERY BITE. Also, this location had the Best service. All 3 employees that were there that day were all so Happy, friendly and made you feel like you were at home eating lunch with my family. I wish this place was closer to where I live I would eat there more often. I was there on Feb 10th 2023 at lunch time. I rate this place, not a 5 star but a 10 star it's a must go to as it truly not a fast food place. it's a home cooked feel & taste.☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆☆

I went to Charlies at Eastview Mall last week to get a Chicken Philly Sub. It was delicious. I had to return the next day to get another one.Kid-friendliness: It is kid friendly at the food court.Parking: The mall parking is ok.
Charley's is surprisingly good! The service at this particular location is top notch as is the food. It's my go to any time I'm at Eastview Mall :)

I am a huge fan of Charleys food! It is so thrilling to be able to have an option for a sandwich when I have so many dietary restrictions due to my medical conditions. I was happy to have a mostly pleasant experience today when I tried out this location. The cashier asked me if I wanted a regular sandwich or a large. Now this was only my second time having been there, so thankfully I looked up and saw that the regular does not equal a small. Had I not seen that, I would've assumed that a regular is the smallest size. Overall, not a huge deal, but I've talked to friends and they had a similar experience. It feels like a deceptive business practice to get people to spend more money. Otherwise great food, and was very thankful to have much better customer service than I've had at the the other location I've been.

I went to Eastview Mall and went to the food court I tried Charley's Cheesesteaks for the first time. I got cheese and bacon and cheese fries also 3 cheese bacon cheesesteak with lettuce tomato and pickles. My drink was a strawberry watermelon lemonade which was so good. I definitely plan on coming back for more when I go back to the mall

Yuck, Yuck. Overall, not a good place to eat. I used to work for Charley's Cheesesteaks at Eastview Mall and hated management. The food is very expensive, food served is old, found mold on bread more than once, toppings are soggy, and they are very stingy with the meat. Save your money!I had to select 1 star for this review otherwise this review would not post. Charley's Phillies gets NO STAR.
