Because you can give 0. Didnt get to try the food. I was ignored by 3 staff members. No eye contact, no greeting, no one moment gestures nothing while i waited to order. So i walked away. They must not want my money thay bad.
So I can only use my credit / debut card if I use your machine place my own order ( would probably have to cook it myself )

I was waiting in drive thru for 4-5 minutes at the order screen, nobody spoke to me or said “hold on a sec” I then proceeded to go inside. I was able to immediately place my order at the counter and I asked the employee is anyone was working drive thru at the moment and she said “usually on weekends the drive thru is slammed it’s not a good time to go” it’s Wednesday and the drive thru was not slammed (smh) I then placed an order for a latte and an order of loaded hash browns. After maybe 2-3 mins I received my latte. I waited another 5 or so and asked for my loaded hash browns..the girl said “I don’t see an order for them..and I didn’t have a receipt because I didn’t ask for one initially. Then left the store completely dissatisfied, but the Cereal Milk Lattes are very tasty I must say. But the service at this location is awful. And they were not at all short staffed. I counted at least 10 employees. And it was 11am on a Weds so not even a busy time of day.
If I could give negative stars I would. Smh.

We visited this Dunkin store with kids … we ordered from kiosk because the staff said so . Once our turn came to pick up they said the items are not available so told us to chose something different from available items. My kids didn’t like anything so we requested to cancel the order . Manager GOLDIE MAR refused to cancel that order and very arrogantly forced us to chose something else. She said she will not cancel the order and won’t give any refund. Such a bad customer service from her .. never experienced anything like this. She made us wait for 10 min straight just to tell that with her bad attitude. My kids felt uneasy because of the whole process. So unfair to do such things with customer. When you don’t have that food just stop taking orders for those. They just forced us to buy something we don’t wanted . Picture of receipt and order is attached.

Truck parking and open at 6... this place should be open 24 hours. There's enough trafic on thruway to be open 24 hours
They tore down the old building and erected a new building that has drive-thru, that you cannot drive-thru. The angle the road was built on is at 90*Degrees just before you pull up to the window. You have to get out of your vehicle to be served in the drive-thru.

Coffee was great. The employees were rude, I had a large cold brew, the straw was too short for the cup, tried to ask barista for a different one she just turned around without engaging.

It was my first rime ordering food from Dunkin’ and it was really good! I had a breakfast sandwich (the bacon egg and cheese croissant) and an iced caramel latte. Surprisingly, the drink was perfectly balanced, not too sweet, not too strong. Great experience! 😁💜

I just ordered coffee from Dunkin’ Donuts, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had. Not only did they give me coffee with just one sugar, which I couldn’t even drink, I wasted $5 and threw it away without even leaving the store. Of course, they didn’t refund my money. I also ordered jelly donuts using my points, but they told me there was no jelly and didn’t offer any alternative. In the end, I wasted $8 and just threw everything in the trash. This Dunkin’ Donuts location is absolutely terrible, and the staff is equally unpleasant. I will avoid this place at all costs, and I recommend you try your order before you leave.

I recently visited the Dunkin' drive-through and had an incredibly disappointing experience. I waited approximately 30 minutes at the drive-through with no communication from the staff. Meanwhile, I saw other customers walking inside, grabbing their coffee, and leaving, while I was still stuck in the drive-through line with no response.
If the staff is too busy to serve the drive-through, they should either close it or communicate with their customers about the delay. This lack of communication and service is very shameful.
