Idk what they are doing inside but I've been stuck in this drive through lane for Almost 15 minutes. And you can escape you have to wait. How is this place open with this service?

I went through the drive thru which was very fast but I had to repeat my order to the employee 4 times. Then at the end of everything, they forgot one of my items and it’s not worth turning around to get with the traffic.

Probably the best dunkin I’ve been too! I am a regular at another location and my order gets messed up almost everyday. My order was perfect here and the service was amazing!!
This one in Victor, Great. Good selection and willing to help. The one on Buffalo Road not at all. They have terrible selection excuses for not having selection early in morning. Wouldn't take order day early or guaranteed time either.

Edit: Felt inclined to say that the customer service, promptness, coffee, and food at this location is fantastic. Mobile order ready within a timely fashion no matter how busy. Friendly workers who don't give off the vibe like youre bothering them by trying to order or pick up food. I had about given up on Dunkin after some pretty poor experiences at Farmington, but this store has totally earned my business.
