The place was empty but even so, The hash browns weren’t cooked all the way and despite it saying cream cheese several times on the slip my bagel didn’t come with any. I would have returned but we were in a rush and didn’t notice the bagel til after I suffered through the soggy, oily potato blobs.

As far as Customer Service goes this location is pretty consistent with that. All of the people i have come in contact with are Really nice and friendly. I’m not sure what’s going on with the donut holes. There’s barely any glaze on them and they’re very dry. And when you’re taking them to a gathering and everyone’s talking about it, that seems to be a problem.

Dunkin’ Donut’s staff at this location are always super friendly and helpful! Can’t say enough about this team. Keep doing a great job ladies and gentlemen!! It’s like night and day compared to other locations. I have been to.

The bathrooms were disgusting!!The staff that helped me made several mistakes with my order and I was the only customer in line at the time.Parking lot had broken glass in one of the parking spots which we ran over. Hopefully we won’t get a flat tire.

Hey kids, sorry I didn't hear you say My order, but you let me sit 10 minutes before I went up and found it. Can you try to have a little courtesy towards people before you return to your conversations? Holy hell.
i know this dunkin has a ton of buisness because of the school nearby, but it’s constantly a long wait for food and drinks. i’ve had so many instances where they’ve gotten my order wrong and even given me extra drinks on accident. the staff are rude, a lot of times curse while talking to customers, lots of eye rolls, especially from the employee with the tons of piercing and green hair. don’t remember her name. would much rather go to tim hortons.

Katie that was working 4/27 is wonderful and deserves a raise!! she was so sweet and you can tell she cares about your experience. to be honest i haven't had the best experiences at this location, but katie makes me want to come back!

This place needs to be managed better. I waited over 20 minutes for 2 bacon avocado toast, 1 sandwich, and some hash browns. They had 1 woman stocking and taking orders, 1 woman making the food 1 person at the window and standing around in-between orders and 3 others just standing around making the occasional drink. They would do their best not to make eye contact with you. I will not be going to this dunkin ever again. I feel bad for the people who only have this location as their only option.

Could not get any coffee at 6:40pm when they close at 7pm. Said the hot coffee was all gone and latte machine was already cleaned. This is not our first experience like this at this location. It used to be you served until closing time and then cleaned!!!!!
