I've been to Happy Earth Tea before and always had a good experience, but today was amazing! I had the unfortunate situation of losing an item and multiple employees helped me look for it, including going outside in the -22 windchill, and brainstorming ways to help me. I was also given a cup of tea in the middle of my stressing, which I appreciated. I was very grateful that so many people were willing to help me especially given the weather. Thank you so much and if you haven't been to Happy Earth Tea you should!! They're the best.

We just went here today for the first time and did a tea flight, and then got individual drinks and tea to go and holy moly do we love this place! The folks are incredibly friendly and warm and so knowledgeable! Even better, they are supportive of our immigrant community and are in the right side of history! Will definitely be back!
Always a delight to be here. It's so calm and relaxing. Everyone is so kind and always smiling. I remember when it was in its smaller old location, I'm happy to see this incredible gem of rochester grow so beautifully! Mocktail night is very fun and creative!

Very peaceful accepting environment with fantastic tea selections. Been coming here for over a decade almost daily never a bad experience from staff, owner, or tea selections. Not all teas are for me but I found a bunch that keep me coming back almost daily such as their Himalayan white and hand crafted chias. We are truly blessed as a community to have Niraj and Happy Earth tea settle in Rochester to bring flavors, knowledge and kindness from across the globe

I really wanted to like Happy Earth Tea, but unfortunately it was a huge disappointment. The flavor was bland and lacked any real depth, and the tea was overly diluted. The packaging was flimsy and poorly sealed, which made the whole experience feel cheap. Worst of all, it left a strange aftertaste that I couldn't get rid of. Definitely not worth the price, and I won't be buying it again. Very disappointed.

I used to come here all the time when I lived in Rochester and now make sure that I stop in anytime I'm back in the area! Their teas are amazing, staff is super kind and the atmosphere is so cozy. I also appreciate that they have vegan snacks from Red Fern
One of my favorite spaces in Rochester. The tea room is so comforting and the staff is so friendly. Great place to stop in and grab a single cup or refill your loose leaf containers for home. Highly recommend!
