I've been to Happy Earth Tea before and always had a good experience, but today was amazing! I had the unfortunate situation of losing an item and multiple employees helped me look for it, including going outside in the -22 windchill, and brainstorming ways to help me. I was also given a cup of tea in the middle of my stressing, which I appreciated. I was very grateful that so many people were willing to help me especially given the weather. We just went here today for the first time and did a tea flight, and then got individual drinks and tea to go and holy moly do we love this place! The folks are incredibly friendly and warm and so knowledgeable! Even better, they are supportive of our immigrant community and are in the right side of history! Will definitely be back!
