I'm not a fan of Longhorn. My parents wanted to go. Food is ok. Our waitress was amazing, even though she was busy.
Great steak, potato, salad, Texas onions, so FULL of yummy food.The wait staff is very friendly and so efficient! Try the layered chocolate cake with ice cream...ohhhh soooo good!!!! And the seasonal lamb chops are veery, very good!

We took our infant with us to use a gift card from valentine's day and the staff wouldn't give us a high chair. There were 2 other couples in the same situation. We all had to hold our kids and take turns eating. Not very good service or atmosphere at all! You want to enjoy going out, it would've been easier to stay home and not have to eat one handed or wait until your partner is done eating (who rushed) so I could eat!When we asked again, for a high chair, we were told it's not allowed due to a fire hazard but the tables and chairs were so close to each other it wouldn't have mattered AND if there was a fire, pick up the high chair and go! Not rocket science. If you can squeeze past a server/waiter standing at a table, you can squeeze past a high chair.Kid-friendliness: Absolutely not!Wheelchair accessibility: Only if you don't take the chair for fire hazards!

Kelly was our server (bartender, to-go, and who knows what else, clearly a rockstar at this location) and was incredible. She checked in on us often and ensured we had a pleasant experience. More than that, she added to our good experience.The chicken wraps and stuffed mushrooms were both delicious, the Ribeyes were cooked perfectly, and the mac and cheese was better than at other locations.Dessert was also really good, the chocolate stampede. Definitely not a two person dessert, more like 6.Having recently been to the Greece location, this felt like an entirely different experience. And having worked for Darden before, its obvious to me this location is being run exceedingly well.I highly recommend anyone in Rochester come to this Longhorn, you would not be disappointed.
