Pizza is always good. Great variety of Other Half, which is very important. Service is always good. Atmosphere is cozy.

On September 3rd, 2022, I ordered two Lucca (pepperoni) pizzas and the equivalent to a meat lover’s for $90+. The meat lover’s pizza was given to us burnt and the Lucca pizzas had a potent flavor where it seems the cook had a heavy hand with some seasoning. Considering that this was the most expensive pizza I have ever had, I was more than disappointed with the poor execution of quality ingredients. I don’t believe I will ever go again.

On a bright Thursday afternoon. No one sitting inside, terrace almost full, two tableswe’re available outside, the waitress asked me to sit inside alone because the square tables would be used to accommodate couples or 4 guest parties… I mean, I’m pretty sure a couple or a 200lb construction worker order the same size of pizza… Visiting from Montreal. Correction, 6 tables were available.

My wife and I had been here several years ago and enjoyed it so much, we made a point of stopping again when we were in the area. How things have changed. To be clear, their pizza is excellent. However, they are now extremely expensive. We only wanted a small snack, so we split a small (10") pizza and split a side garden salad, which I would describe as a pile of lettuce soaked in dressing, with very few typical garden solid items like onions, tomatoes, etc. We each had a draft beer and our total was about $45. Also, there small indoor dining area is not air conditioned, so you sit outside on their porch and feel the heat and dust of the cars going by. BTW, they also advertise best wings arounds which I would have liked to sample, but you have to buy "by the pound" which is far more than we needed and as travelers, it doesnt do you much good to have leftovers

I’ll start by saying the food is great. We have gone here for years. Everything on the menu is delicious. The service though has recently changed.seems like they really do t want people to eat there. So disappointing

Really cute little place! Firstly, love the outdoor area. It is the perfect way to spend a summer afternoon. They have a lot of drink options (a lot of beer especially) and the food is good! The wings are my favorite. I do wish they had a few more healthy options for food, but when I want wings and want to sit outside, I will definitely go to Lucca!

Lucca's is one of our favorite wood fired pizza places in the area. The dough is light and with the right amount of char from the oven. The toppings are generous. Our go-to is the roasted pear salad to start with two 10" pies. They got down too easily.I must comment about the cannoli though. I'm not certain it is a standard menu item, but it is the closest I've had to what my Sicilian grandmother used to make. A home run there!

In my first official lunch meeting out since the pandemic began I met a colleague for lunch at Lucca Wood Fire Bistro. Located centrally in the village of Victor it is easy to get to and I even was able to bike there via the Auburn Trail. We shared a Gia Pizza, Roasted Pair Salad and an order of Bone-In Wings. The wings are wood fire cooked and hands down were a top five ever wing. Juicy and meaty with a great sauce. Pizza is as advertised but the wings are the true stars!

So, first off - the pizza was good enough. The wings, if I had gotten the wings that I ordered, would probably have been okay. The service I had was beyond bad. The server was lost in thought of being somewhere else at best. She took our drink order, but when we finally got our food neglected to be anywhere nearby to get a refill. The table next to us that came in 20 mins after us got to order before us. When we were about to pay for our one drink that was already gone and about to leave, she popped back for our order. As I mentioned, she brought me the wrong food as my wife's and granddaughter were eating theirs. When 30 mins later she brought me what I actually ordered, she reached across the table and handed the hot dish to my granddaughter who dropped onto the table. I asked the busboy if I could speak to the manager and he went and got me our server and told her we had an issue. She then came over and was confrontational. Another server saw what happened and said she would call the manager. When I spoke to him (the supposed manager), he was beyond confrontational. I told him that I was basically trying to help him out, & he basically as much as hinted that I was making up that I used to run 2 restaurants when I was younger. Needless to say, he lost a customer. And there is always the domino effect in business.....

The food was great; the artichoke dip they offer was phenomenal. The service/waitress was subpar though. I would also say it’s overpriced for what you get, in my opinion. The large specialty pizza was $33 and the dip appetizer, another $15.

We've been multiple times and the food has yet to disappoint. The pizza is top notch and you'll see after you take that first bite!

I visited Lucca with my daughter and Riley was our server. She was attentive and the pizza we ordered was perfect! Wood fire pizza is my favorite and this place does a great job!

We’ve been coming to Lucca’s for years. It is THE BEST wood fired pizza around. Always great service and a comfy atmosphere.

Only get the pizza, it is fantastic. We also had a salad but it was all brown and the appetizer we had was underwhelming.
