With no exaggeration, I think I can say this is the best mac and cheese I've ever had. Stopped at the food truck at 315 Brewery in Camillus and tried the basic mac. The foundations of what I thought good mac and cheese was have been demolished. They have been replaced with Macarollin.

Our whole family loves Macarollin! Anytime we go to an event and the Macarollin truck is there, it is guaranteed that we will order, even if there are other amazing food trucks there (although we may visit those too since we are foodies). The food is deliciously consistent. My daughter and I love the classic mac, my husband's favorite is the pulled pork, bacon or buffalo chicken mac, and my son's favorite is the lobster mac. Most recently we enjoyed Macarollin at The Purple Painted Lady Festival. The owner and employees have great customer service!

I had the Maryland crab Mac n cheese. It was delicious! Tons of crab flavor, it was super cheesy, and the breadcrumbs on top added a nice crunch! Definitely looking forward to my next visit!

Worst Mac and cheese ever. It’s very sad because macrollin used to have delicious Mac and cheese, but not anymore, it’s flavorless and pretty much cheese less. It tastes like buttered noodles which isn’t ok for the price.

We loved our experience! The macaroni was cooked perfectly, and the portion size was hot and delicious. My friends were initially looking for a heavier sauce but as we worked our way through the generous portion they agreed that the cheese and flavors left you wanting more after each bite, and we didn't feel heavy after eating. It was seasoned perfectly and creamy.The pulled pork was delicious and may have wanted a bit more protein, but would seek them out wherever they are.Cheers!PS...love the truck and name!

Best Mac and cheese I’ve ever had!!! The chicken bacon ranch Mac and cheese is to die for, so cheesy and creamy with the perfect amount of seasoning, and the bacon Mac and cheese combo is unbeatable. Will definitely be going here again.

The bbq bacon chicken ranch mac was to die for. We had to come back an hour later to get more. It's pricey but totally worth it. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone who's even remotely curious about the place. Bite the bullet and try it.
