Their Teriyaki wings are great when they are done right. Tonight they were not. Tonight's wings were cold and tasted like they were re-cooked from an order that was not picked up. OR someone one returned them because, on top of everything else, there were only 9, not 10 pieces. So, we were shorted 10%. I think they call this shrink-flation. Unfortunately, this experience will bring our 10 year relationship to an end. Sorry Mark.

Let me start out, I was a fan of Mark's because it was close, ate there a lot. After today I will no longer be eating there.
I came into a manger or owner berating an employee, and I get it sometimes you're angry, but this is not the way to keep employees or to communicate.
After I watched them. As I was up to the counter for 5 minutes, the manager came to me and was very snark, Asking me what I "wanted" and when i asked what they had, he was loud and unpleasant.
He was so angry he was slamming pizza trays.
I stay there to eat, and even when customers were at the counter, I heard yelling and swearing. Safe to say I will not be going there when there is another place next door and one 5 minutes away.

Whoever the blonde/red head kid is walking around singing racist comments should be fired. We came in an hour and a half before close and all chairs were up on the tables. The boys were horsing around behind the counter before noticing we were standing there. Asked for slices and were given 2 random pizzas instead , and were told there was no charge for them even though we were more than willing to pay. I’m unsure if they were free out of sheer laziness to cash us out or because we overheard awful racist comments being casually tossed around. The entire time we were eating all we could hear was swearing and screaming. At one point the same kid mocked another employee for mopping and doing his job. Over all a truly uncomfortable experience.

Honestly nothing wrong with the pizza.
My issue is with the employees. The bunch of teenage boys on the night shift make your establishment very chaotic. I get it was near closing but I sat with my family and heard them yelling from the kitchen.
My biggest issue is the racist comments I heard from the boys. It’s like they completely forgot they were at work and customers could hear them.

Just left their establishment. A bunch of disrespectful boys. The wings are good but due to the service, I will never be coming back. It says volume on how they were raised without manners and respect as well as the owner not emphasizing the importance of customer service. The guy literally tossed a plastic bag towards me and said here you go. He immediately turned his back and walked away and he along with a bunch of other men giggled. I’ve been there before where they bagged it up-it’s common sense. Fortunately, word of mouth is powerful, so if wings is a conversation that arises, I will definitely tell others to stay clear of this establishment especially this location.

I had it delivered- it arrived in I swear like 10 min from when I ordered & so delish! Who ever made that meatball sub? You are my new hero! IT WAS AWESOME! It was so filling I could only eat half-stuffed & smiling. Now I have the leftovers in fridge & am excited to have it for lunch or dinner tomorrow- THANK YOU.

I was Marks loyal until last night I placed an order. They gave me the wrong order -the order I received was gluten free. I was just calling to tell them so that the gluten free person didn't get sick from getting my pizza that was not gluten free. The MANAGER got on the phone to yell at me and Insist he knew what I ordered (it was not what | ordered) .... I wasn't even calling to say I needed a new pizza. I was trying to be nice and he was incredibly rude... the interaction ruined my night. I haven't never been spoken to that way... especially over a pizza. Insane.
This Mark’s used to be the best. However the past few times the pizza is under cooked and doughy. We ordered pizza and wings last night, the pizza was super thick and more sauce than cheese. We always order wings well done and last night they were completely soggy. Need to focus more on quality than quantity.

no complaints with the food , just wondering why they have all teenagers on a closing shift actively yelling and doing flips inside the location while customers are coming in and out. Seemed more like a hang out spot tonight than anything. And seemed very annoyed that customers were coming in.
