Horrible experience Saturday afternoon at Amherst Location: I originally ordered the taco and wanted the naan bread on the side so it would not get soggy and I was told I could not do that and that I needed to get the bowl and a side of the naan bread and that I would get more food in the bowl, I explained I did not want more food so why would I pay more, just give me the amount for the taco but I will pay for the paper to wrap the naan bread in, they said no, so I ordered the taco and just took off the bread once I got my order (but too late was already soggy) and then realized I was still charged $3 more than what the price board says and all they said was too bad, so I ended up not getting what I wanted and paying more than I should have, so be warned the prices listed are not correct and you also get charged for extra toppings, and the sauces are completely watered down at the Amherst location, it was like they poured seasoned water on my food, will not go again! I have no problem paying to get what I want, I understand I like things differently than what is on the menu but when I say no base and want some extra cabbage instead, I should not be charged when you are already charging me $3 more than the listed price! and you get 4 toppings and I only got 2, just wanted heavy cabbage and cilantro, she did give me that after I kept insisting but would not let me get my naan bread on the side so it ended up soggy after she poured the watered down sauce on it, I took the bread off within seconds of getting it and it was already soggy, biggest waste of $! On the board it's listed as 11.99 and I did not get any drinks, only ordered the 1 item, no extra protein or anything, it was 1 naan taco with the chick peas, no base with extra cabbage and heavy cilantro with the spicy sauce and the yogurt sauce and came to $17 and asked for wrapping to wrap up the naan after I pulled it out which she did give me after she asked her manager, so I will give that much to them but I have no idea why they cud not just do that to begin with and then they still charged me more, I am not exaggerating, it really was that crappy, I wish I just refused to pay and walked out when I saw the price, their explanation to the price when I questioned it: the manger looked at the price board and said oh I don't know? I'm not even kidding! and I was not rude. I was dumbfounded but I was friendly, after tasting it, I wish I just refused to pay and left when they could not explain the extra charges

I love this so much!!! happened upon it by accident headed for chipotle, and WOW! so glad I stopped!. quality food, mango ladies… my favorite!!! so delicious! if you love indian food try it it’s better… you can get all your favorite parts… if you’ve never had Indian food or not much try it it’s a easy to try new flavors mix anything, iypu can’t go wrong… Ill be back!!!
Excellent service & food! This location is my favorite! Staff is very kind & knowledgeable about allergens (gluten & dairy in my case) and make great recommendations. Restaurant is very clean, including the bathroom!
