The woman who took my order was amazing! The soup and the bread were also amazing I will definitely be back to try more!!!

Good soup, but very slow service. I ordered the crab gumbo soup. It was pleasantly spicy and rich. The staff member was very slow and it took a while for her to walk around the shop to get the previously prepared soup.

Awful experience. Ordered a chicken wrap. The chicken was sooooo dry. No joke the wrap was wrapped with 1 piece of lettuce. Yes...1 piece of lettuce. My 8 yr old daughter could have made the sandwich look better. The owner should feel ashamed at the food they are serving..complete waste of $10. Never ever again would i recommend anyone eat at this place. Zero stars...threw the whole wrap away.

Generous and delicious buffalo chicken soup and custom salad! The soup was especially quick, the salad was especially healthy. Very friendly staff as well. Definitely planning to go again!

Over priced. Soggy tomatoes. Weakest salad I’ve ever had. No vegan soup options.

Delicious soup. Gluten Free options and bread!

Very sad...used to love coming here...at Eastview Mall...get there and spend 10 minutes waiting for BOTH employees to return from their smoke break (could tell from the wall of smoke that accompanied them.) Two cups of soup and a Gluten Free roll...Man I used to love this place but I got a freezing roll ( hey at least make an attempt!) Order A28 at 4:52 4/02/2019. Really counted on this meal.

Ancient grain bowl is way overpriced. Bowl wasn't even full and the broth was WAY too salty. The ladies who served me were nice. Will not buy again.

Was in line a woman probably 30 with glasses working rushingly yelled at me I'm closed I need to take a break and ran off.... she threw a sign be back in 15... I'm more than fine waiting but nicely let me know... ended up going to auntie Anne's and there she is finally back behind the counter. I waited in line and she didn't even acknowledge me after multiple minutes waiting. I wanted to let her know to NICELY let someone know she will be back open in 15 minutes. I would have waited for my cup of soup that would've taken 2 seconds to put in a container. Very very disappointed with your awful customer service literally making customers walk away.

Looked around the food court here and everything is fast food founds Nathan’s the healthier choice had a Caesar salad was very good.

The soup was reheated in a microwave in full view, and the end result was what could best be described as lukewarm. However, I would consider the soup to barely reach any level of heat that could be remotely considered “warm.” If I had wanted a cool soup, I would have ordered a gazpacho. Not the slop that was served to me under the guise of “Cream of Broccoli.” May god have mercy on any soul that decides to go to Nathan's for a simple mall lunch.

Site says they open at 10. Arrived at 11:30 and no one was there. Finally saw an employee after waiting for 10 minutes and was told that they will be ready in half an hour. How is this acceptable at lunch time.

There team leader refund a soup from customer this customer reported he opened and tried a bite and did not like it and team leader dumped it back in the pan to be served to other customers I reported it to managers and all they did is suposivley talk to her about it she still has a job big health code violation people should beware of this place.

Cashier prepared salad with same gloves she handled the money with. When asked to change gloves she did but kept the same romaine that was potentially tainted. When asking for a refund no apology just an OK as in they didn't understand why that was so unsanitary. Gross.

So delicious and very polite staff. I totally recommend if you're looking for a healthy place to eat at Eastview.
