The New York Bear Project restaurant exceeded all our expectations! The food was absolutely delicious, with flavors that truly impressed every bite. Our server, Donnie, made the experience even more amazing with his attentive and friendly service. He went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, making our visit memorable. Highly recommend both the food and the fantastic service from Donnie!

Unfortunately, I come here all the time and will not be back. We sat down right when they opened at 11am - and we did not have our food until after 12pm. I noted a gluten allergy, and they mixed up my order with another at the table. They then argued with me about my allergy - then, five mins later, the manager, Joey, came over and asked “Oh we had an issue with our burgers? What can I fix?” I asked if he had a pen because he clearly didn’t know what our orders were. We talked through it, waited while everyone else ate, and then had our food come out. My burger was still done incorrectly. When the check came, no accommodation was made. So we asked for one. The manager came back over, explained that I was the one in the wrong, said that I was wrong and that I only waited 15 minutes and “That’s just the way it is” and walked away while I was still talking. He said “It’s the ownership’s decision and we’re not going to do anything else about it.”
Needless to say, a very disappointing experience. I felt like I was shamed for an allergy request that they note on their own menu. Then to be lectured by the manager with no apology for the mistake. We will not be coming back here.

They have good food and gluten free options. However, I never order from them because unlike almost everywhere else, they omitted the user ability to leave a comment regarding allergies when ordering through a delivery service and I can’t risk getting glutened. This is silly because everyone else allows this and they actually have GF options. Too bad!

We were staying in Victor for a concert in the area and needed a quick place to go to for dinner. We knew of the New York Beer project in Lockport and thought we'd try it out there in Victor. It didn't disappoint at all! Same new trendy, industrial, cozy atmosphere. The staff was exceptional and very inviting and helpful! We love the menu choices and the food was excellent!
Excellent service. Food was very tasty, however, the chili and the meat in the nachos were both SUPER salty. And I like salt, but this was way too much.

There out of four adults enjoyed the food. The fourth having medication issues just couldn't get the right thing. Our server went out of her way to find the right thing. I wish I had access to her name as she was great. All in all a great time.
