I stopped in here for dinner. Eggrolls were good, steamed dumplings were good. Beef on a stick was like jerky. Boneless spare ribs were tough. I slow cooked them at home for 2 hours and they were still tough. I ate the rice and some of the softer ribs but tossed the rest.

The place is clean the people are the friendliest around and always have a smile on their faces and even gave me a free 2 liter on more than one occasion. The food was very good as well and never had a bad dish.

I ordered their sesame chicken combo for a take-out for dinner. The chicken had almost no sauce and was chewy with hard spots that I couldn't swallow. How can a restaurant serve bad food and expect people to come back again? If I had to do it over again, I'd go to Salvatore's next door and have pizza instead.

A cozy Chinese restaurant located in the heart of Victor. Great food, and the General Tso's has the perfect amount of heat!
They make the best orange chicken.It's a small family restaurant. They still get you out in like 10 min 15 min if it's super busy. 5 stars. The whole family is super nice.

As a NYC transplant I could not find a decent Chinese food spot in Victor. Until I accidentally discovered Panda!!! The food is incredible, cheap prices for the area and I love supporting a young family owned business. I have tried several dishes and am NEVER dissapointed. Run don't walk!!
