After a long day driving, we hit this place up as we were driving home for a quick bite. My girlfriend enjoyed a butter pecan while I had a scoop of Dirt Sundae and Rainbow Sherbert. It was good ice cream and the place had a certain 50's charm. Loved the bench outside and the prices are good.
It would seem like a basic marketing move for the new owners to update this listing to correctly show it as Mac's Philly Diner.
It used to be very good before the new owners came in. Ordered a pulled pork dish and it came with soggy fries underneath instead of on the side and cheese sauce on the bottom as well. No where on the menu said anything about the fries or the cheese in the meat. I was unable to eat it because of the cheese and only even noticed the cheese after I attempted to pick out all of the fries. The meat wasn’t even that good.
I'll be up in July and August 2020 from FL bin gone to long 5 or 6 yrs.
We went just to the ice cream parlour which is wonderful. Papa's Jack's Ice Cream only opens for the summer months so you may now have to wait till next year. The choices are amazing and the portions large so had a kiddie size. They also make wonderful ice cream cakes. The owner and his young staff are friendly and helpful. You can sit inside or outside to eat. There is car parking space.
We went for the ice cream, and the quality, amount and price are just the best in at least a three county area. We drive 25 minutes even though there is a place around the corner. It’s that worth it!
Food made to order. Quick service. Friendly.
Great food, great ice cream, and a great place to take the family!!!
Delicious food and an amazing staff!
The place I go for a Soft Ice Cream Cone when I visit Rochester. The cones are Huge. A small is larger than another places Large. A large selection of hand packed Perry’s Ice Cream as well.

First time here with new ownership. Liked it. Menu is pretty basic diner stuff but with a few "cool" additions compliments of the Mac Phily folks.
Ist time since they changed owners. Coffee was terrible, service was bad.
First time there for breakfast and I loved it! Quick service and the cinnamon swirl french toast was amazing!
A very nice and clean place to eat. Good attention and attitude for the service and good food. I love it and I will recommend for everyone I know to go eat over there.
