Made a stop after a game with my kid. The staff clearly did not want customers coming in. They were impatient and rude. Given we had never been there before, our “decision making” was too slow. There was no one in line behind us either. I did not see the rush. The looks given to us and the annoyed face when I tried to pay with a credit card (they only accept cash) was discouraging. I didn’t notice the cash only sign on the register, since they rushed to give us our ice cream and told me the total. Paying by cash was not a problem for me.
I heard them say that they can’t close early since because people are coming in. It was 9:00 PM and hours posted were 10:00 PM (Google said 9:30 PM). I have worked many years in customer service and I know better than to say my opinion out loud in front of customers. It was very uncomfortable and I hope management does a better job with weeding those not suited for CS jobs.
I do not recommend this place and I will not return.

This place is amazing, great vibes , and a 60+ flavor ice cream menu ? ? I ordered a medium vanilla cone with chocolate sprinkles that thing had to weigh 2 lbs awesome place

Cute little place, bit of a Victor institution. Loads of flavors of Perry's Ice-cream, (Northern Lights Shebert is my fav) shady spots to sit outside. Cash only, but there's an ATM. Everyone who works there is SUPER nice.
Great little spot in Victor! Have been looking for a place that does a cherry dip and theirs was delicious. The staff was super friendly and handled a busy night well!!

What can I say? Ice cream city baby! HUGE portions and prices are fair. Good luck trying to finish a large cone or dish! The sundaes are also excellent and a good bang for your buck.

Their ice cream is good, the folks are friendly, and they have a nice atmosphere. For me personally, I do not like overpaying for Perry's ice cream, so I don't think I will be back. I could buy 3/4 of a gallon for less than what they charge.
