I just visited Eastview mall, where I ordered 8 bone-in chicken wings to go. I got home, only to realize there were only 6 wings, and they were dry as hell.

DO NOT RECOMMEND*** We had a disturbing lunch experience today at Pita Chik in Eastview Mall. My wife placed an order with a very helpful woman at the counter. While my wife was ordering the cook was just absolutely losing his mind in the back. I walked up after she had ordered and the cook was openly yelling, throwing food, cussing, and shouting things like "go kill yourself" at my wife making her visibly uncomfortable and anxious. A table nearby was watching it unfold like entertainment. Another guy in the back delivering a truck was just staring there wide eyed. I have worked in the industry and understand the pressure, but this was way beyond normal stress, dude had lost it. Was a salad, and some churros too much of an ask in the middle of a dead slow lunch hour? Also, for the love of god wear gloves when you are preparing other peoples food. There was a full box of them hanging on the wall.

I didn’t realize how much food you get! It was absolutely amazing. Everything was seasoned to perfection. The worker who took our order was kind and sweet. He came to our table to check to see how the food was. We will definitely be coming back.

We tried Pita Chik for the first time yesterday. It was so fresh and delicious, and the man who helped us was so friendly. Some of the best Greek food we’ve ever had and one Greek chicken plate is enough for 2 people! We will be back soon!
Ordered, among other items, the wrap with buffalo chicken, there were parts of the wrap where buffalo sauce and the blue cheese in it combined was too salty and overwhelming for me. And it wasn’t the spice. I’m very used to spicy food as my go-to cuisine is Mexican. Please rethink this recipe. It was way too salty.

We got a gyro platter it was enough for 2 people. Neither of us like lettuce, and we were able to substitute the salad for veggies. We were impressed they managed to cook the eggplant enough, but the squash not cooked too much. Very good. Would recommend

Authentic, delicious and great portion size. We had the Gyro Platter, Falafel Platter and Yai Yai's Baklava. I have been to many, many, Greek restaurants, and Pita Chik's quality, ingredients and care in preparing our meals, FAR surpasses any I've had.
I love that they're located in the mall and easily accessible while out and about shopping or running errands. Don't let the "food court" location dissuade you, the food is Excellent. The owners are friendly and gracious. You won't even remember you're in the mall. Pika Chik is a must try. You will not be disappointed.

We didn’t get a drink and the cashier gave us a water without us asking. Exceptional and unexpected for a mall food Cort.

Don't let the food court location fool you! Absolutely the best Greek food around. The falafel, gyros, roasted veggies and especially the Baklava are amazing. As good as any I've had at any restaurant between Rochester and Syracuse! Fast service with spectacular food. Everything is fresh and delicious made with top quality ingredients.
