Food is usually pretty good, sometimes the noodles are a bit soggy. The bubble tea is a little weak in flavor due to the amount of ice they put in. The workers are slow. Takes an average of 10+ minutes to get anything there. Many of the workers seem disorganized or completely confused on what they are doing. Prices are also rather high.

i had such a good experience here, and the food is such good quality!! the employees are so nice, and i felt very welcome when i had the chance to get a sample of bubble tea. i could relate to the employees and the sushi was very good! i will definitely be comming back!

First time visitor. We asked what was in the smoothies and the workers were unaware. We decided to try The Hulk and a strawberry banana, they were watery and had no flavor. I drink smoothies often so I know this was a bad investment. For $7 each...not worth it! Never again.

terrible service! i told the lady that i have specific dietary restrictions and she refused to comply to them. not only did she snap at me when i explained it to her a second time she also became very rude and immature. she then refused to help me and walked away. then the manager came out and he treated me with such disrespect as if i was truly bothering him. the customer service was very poor and nonexistent. 10/10 do NOT recommend!!!

Super yummy poke bowl! I got the salmon bowl with a ton of mix ins and it was all fresh and the sauces were delicious. I got a mix of spicy mayo and ginger miso yum! The only thing is their rice lacked a little seasoning but when mixed with everything was a great addition to a filling bowl! I'll be back next time I'm in Rochester!
I loved it here! I saw it on Yelp and knew I wanted to try it. I love poke bowls, but they didn't have a ton of vegetarian options to top it with like some other places do. I really wanted to try the Acai bowl anyway, so I got that. The acai is basically a smoothie on the bottom of the bowl, and you can top it with your choices. I got bananas, strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, granola, and almond butter and nutella on the side. I didn't really think almond butter or nutella would go well with fruit, but they both did! Everything was good and fresh, and I really liked it. The only downside here is that it's kind of pricey. It was $11.77, and that was just for the bowl. No drink or anything else. It might be a pricey option in the food court, but it was also the healthiest. I am not at Eastview very often, so I'm not sure how often I'll be here, but I'd really like to go back. If they open another location, I'd definitely go there, too. There's also a $1 off check in offer on Yelp. I checked in after I ordered, so I didn't get to use it this time, but be sure to check in!

We waited 30+ minutes on two smoothies while the workers took their time making other people's orders that clearly ordered after us. One reason it took so long was because one of the workers was carefully pouring the leftover smoothie into his own cup and then drinking it before cleaning out the blender. The workers only seemed to make orders once the customers were enraged enough to start asking where their smoothies were. After telling the employees we've been waiting over 30 minutes, they seemed to just shrug me off with no apologies.

This is my new favorite place. I don't write reviews, but these guys are very friendly and provide great service. Even better, the food is amazing. I haven't had an açaí Bowl that tasted that good in a LONG time. It was so good that I decided to take a poke bowl home. I hope to see more locations in the future! Thanks!!!

I would do no stars if I could. Service was horrible. They can hardly understand you when you order and they take literally 30 minutes to make one smoothie bc they are worrying about all online orders ahead of actual customers. Highly disappointed.

What a pleasant surprise and great addition to Victor! I ordered a sushi burrito online for takeout- the order was ready within 10min. I received the poke bowl instead of the burrito I ordered, but it had the right toppings so it was still good! Very fresh, good quality fish, delicious! I will definitely be back for a sushi burrito :)
