Pontillos has always been my favorite but today I’m rethinking it. My pizza wasn’t even shaped like a pizza,, it was as though the pie was thrown in the oven. My wings were so dark,, almost black that I couldn’t tell if it had any sauce on it.. very very disappointing

I treat myself once a month to pizza and wings from you. But last nights order was disappointing. The wings were over fried almost burnt and the pizza crust was over cooked too. It was very dry. I was very disappointed.

I order from Mark's only because they deliver faster. This store uses a third-party app called "Slice," which means that it can take over an hour for your order to get to you. It's ridiculous. It takes 10-minutes to cook a pizza. So, how long does your food sit there before it's delivered 5-minutes away? Too long.

Staff was quick and nice. Definitely a 95% takeout only as not really set up for dine in customers. But besides that I got buffalo pizza came out on time and not exactly my kind of pizza ,crust was thick and good a crunch. No flop,and sauce has a good flavor. Plenty of yummy cheese. Over all good flavor and enjoyed the pizza. Totally have it again

This establishment is usually one my go to's for some quick slices or a nice pie. However, the Last few times I went had me rethinking this. Quality of everything seemed to have gone down in the last couple months. The crust tastes different, the sauce tastes different, the cheese tastes different. Maybe it's just me, but I have been going here for a few decades and have always known them for consistency. Guys are nice and the atmosphere is friendly so I'm giving it 3 stars, but it's going to be a while before giving them another shot.

We are staying at the comfort inn & suites in Farmington, was told to order pizza from here, they delivered, fast, hot GREAT pizza, we devoured it in 10 minutes
Happened to be in the area and was craving pizza. We asked a local store where they recommended and this was the place. This is a low-key traditional No Frills pizzeria. We did get some pizza by the slice which was excellent and very crispy. We also got two pies that were fresh and tasty. They weren't quite as thin and crispy as the loose individual slices we got but everything was overall excellent.

Pontillo's has a major problem with the consistency of its pizza across various locations. The Bushnell's Basin serves great tasting pizza, but this location serves mediocre pizza and the sauce tastes different. Not to mention the building looks like of dumpy.
