On the way home from shopping and stopped here. Would have given 5 stars for food, but they didn't have sub rolls. Made a wrap for us instead.

We stopped in on our way home from seeing the Christmas lights for dinner. We ordered a large pretzel for our kids to share for dinner, chicken wings & a meatball sub. Not 5 minutes later, the waitress returned to let us know they were out of meatballs. Enter choice 2 for my husband. Then we waited for an hour & 15 minutes (mind you, the place was not full)! The waitress then returned to tell us that “we miscounted and don’t have a pretzel for you.” At this point, we decided waiting any longer was akin to torture & we decided to leave. They did offer to prepare the remainder of the meals to go, but let’s face it, chicken wings to go when we have to stop at another place to get dinner for the kids is not going to be a win.Honestly, not sure how this place has lasted 11 years. The tables weren’t bussed, the service was slow and the pizzas slowly arriving to neighboring tables looked mediocre & we observed most were left untouched.

Pretty bad pizza unfortunately. Prices were reasonable but I would suggest any other pizza place In the area.

2 years ago I remember great food at low prices, not anymore... the ribs I got last night were at least 3 days old with this unholy excuse for bbq sauce(obviously intended to mast the stale taste), my girls pasta resembled a bowl of vomit and everything was way overpriced...... good service though....

Aesthetics of the building looked promising. Server was nice and attentive (at first). Pizza was average but chicken parm, similar to other review left below in the past 4 months, is prepared in advanced and tastes as if it was reheated. After one bite, I shared this to the server. The ball is in their court - to what should my wondering eyes appear, a 7 dollar credit but a charge for $17 for the pasta. I hope for their sake they can improve the experience to avoid mishaps like this in the future. I’m sure it’s not easy running a restaurant post-Covid in this economy, but patrons expect more than what was delivered today.

My wife and I went there for our anniversary dinner. We were seated in the back of the dining room away from the atmosphere of the room. There was only one other table dining at the time. It took the waitress 5 minutes to come over and take our drink order. While taking our drink order she demanded to know what we wanted to eat. We ordered the spinach artichoke dip. It came out like a soup so we could not dip our bread into it to eat it and we had to ask for plates to eat our appetizer on. At that time we ordered our main course (we were planning on ordering dessert too). My wife ordered chicken parmigiana and myself pasta parmigiana. The waitress never came over to check on us. I had a view of the waitresses filling water the whole time while waiting for our food to arrive. Once our food arrived our pasta was over cooked and had no flavor to it. Upon lifting up the pasta it was prevalent that there was pasta water under both of our dishes for flavor and the shrimp in my dish was chewy and my wife’s chicken was burnt and she could barely cut through it. Once again the waitress did not come over to check on us so we had to wait to get her attention and address the issue with our food to her. She asked if we wanted our dishes cooked again for us and we declined as we were already made to feel extremely uncomfortable and not accepted by this place and did not get a chance to enjoy the ambience of the place. We were informed that my dish may be taken off the check but my wife’s may not be. I stated that my wife’s dish will be taken off the check because we will not be eating it and that it was not cooked properly and was disgusting. We got the check and started to leave when I heard one of the waitresses state “Good Riddance.” I will never be dining at any establishment like this again and will not recommend this establishment to any of my friends.

I had a bad experience, I had to call for the services, and people who get into the restaurant after me and my family, were services before us, we got in the restaurant before 8 pm and we started eating at 8:47. Food was very late and not the best tasting. Never again!!!!

We had the Waldorf pizza-a unique idea and it was delicious! Our side salads were bigger than expected. They were fresh and tasted very good. The server was friendly and efficient.

Metal flake in my pizza never saw the manager. Ordered nachos they were made with cheese sauce I have had better at a baseball game not a $20+ plate restaurant. We plan not to return.String of comments on poor management seems clear to me this is pretty true. Waitresses was nice and took care of us best she could, no problem with her at all.

We are from out of town and were very excited to try out a new place! We ordered two pizzas, artichoke dip and cheese bread. We were told to pick it up in 20 minutes just to wait 30 minutes when we arrived. They also did not have the cheese bread. When we got back to the hotel to eat, the artichoke dip was like soup, and the pizza barely had any chicken on it. We were extremely disappointed as we were so excited! Therefore, we called and returned the food, which we never do. We felt horrible, but it was highly disappointing for the price. $90 for two pizza and two appetizers? Upon returning the food, we were highly disrespected by the owner. We tried to explain that this was our first time, and we were super excited, but nothing really had any flavor. The owner then proceeded to say that it was our first and will be our very last. He then stated that we were never welcomed on his property or at his establishment again. What kind of customer service is that? We don't mind paying the price if the food and experience are right. So, if you like to be disrespected and treated like garbage, then this is the "establishment" for you!

Got up and left before ordering. The food is way overpriced. $18 for a salad and $27 for chicken Alfredo! Get out of here. $18 Pizzas are super thin too like a Totinos pizza from Wal-Mart. Average menu with nothing special to it other that the price gouging prices. The place looked good on the inside. Looked clean and smelled good. Just don't plan on anything than $60-75 for two people. Just about every meal was $18-30.

Came here for my birthday a few days ago after being told they do a special for peoples birthdays where you are given a plate or two (depending on age) of wings for free. I had been here once in the past prior to this and hadn't been impressed, but also got a lot of good food from this restaurant via takeout during COVID. I got the dynamic duo sauce for my wings, we also ordered a pickle pizza and a meatball & crostini appetizer. The wings were legitimately the most disgusting wings I have ever had. They were clearly cooked in advance and then attempted to reheat, however some of them were not just cold but chilled in the middle still. All of the wings had no color on them whatsoever, the skin was rubbery, the insides cold and dried out, and the overall taste made me believe these were cooked days ago. The sauce added little to no flavor. To be honest, had I not been under the impression these were free, I would have absolutely sent them back. Which brings me to my next point, the receipt came and had the item "birthday wings" listed at the full $18 price point anyways. After speaking with the waitress, she was able to remove this item from our bill but either way it seemed a bit deceitful. The pickle pizza was actually pretty good and the meatball and crostini was not bad either. Service was very bad with the waitress even walking by us when we were trying to ask her for another round of drinks. The restaurant was not particularly busy, we were one of three occupied tables and there were a handful of people sitting at the bar, though I did notice it seemed like two waitresses were covering the whole restaurant. I don't know what the deal with this place is but I will not be a returning customer. There are much better pizzas and wings mere minutes away in victor!

A bit loud, food was okay, but lackluster compared to descriptions. Meatballs were small, Cajun spice was weak. Had to ask for napkins, no salt/pepper on tables. Will not go again, better food elsewhere. Too bad.
