Mariah at this Starbucks location was extremely nice and helpful. Her customer service is top tier. When my drink was made wrong she was more than happy to replace it for me and did it with a smile! Thank you Mariah

The reason why I am giving a one star is that this location does not fill drink orders on a first come first service basis but based on what drink you order. This not a good practice and I feel I will no longer shop at this location.

The guy with a mustache—I hope he isn’t a manager—because the way he was treating everyone was hideous. Waited almost 2 hours, and the guy was treating every single person like they need to bend a knee to get their drinks. Half the people were leaving. People who came in after me left 20–30 minutes ago, and we were just standing there. A bunch of people who ordered through the app, like me, were also waiting for hours because there was no way to cancel the orders. I don’t know what that guy identifies as, but he was rude with females and kids, which is a big no-no. There was also a Caucasian girl with a tattoo on her hand. Told me that there were 8 people in front of my drink—and I didn’t even mention what I ordered. Crazy how this Starbucks is run. Shame on the owner and Starbucks.

Waited over an hour for 4 drinks. I saw others who were there before me mentioning they’ve been waiting an hour. All of staff except for one female was awesome. The one female was extremely rude and was vocal how she was a veterinarian and this was a side job which she didn’t need. I can always understand that orders can get backed up so I’m not that upset about the wait but what I do find appalling is the one female staff that was complaining in front of numerous customers and slamming doors. That same female was yelling about someone needing to go on break where all us waiting customers (over 20) stood watching and listening. She was yelling about needing someone to go on break because SHE wanted to leave. The other staff apparently chose to stay on and crank out orders which I commend them for. I also heard that same female mentioning that she was a supervisor but wasn’t a supervisor today. She yelled about how they were not corporate but were a franchise. Due to the one female staff, we’ll never go back. I will also share this particular experience and how much of a joke that female staff member was with everyone I know. The owner(s) should be aware of how horrible this staff member makes them look. She’s a representative of them and portrays them poorly not to mention riddled with mental illness that cannot be controlled in public.

41 minutes from when we placed the order at the counter until we got the 2 drinks we ordered. There were only 3 people in line before us and 0 people in line at times during our long wait. I won't be returning to that location.
Took them over an hour and my drink is still not done. Had to leave because I had no time left. Continually asked them where it was and they said it was next up yet it still wasn’t being made.
Love it or hate it, Starbucks in that mall is a draw. Lines of people were constant and many people always gathered to sit and drink coffee. It helped keep shoppers be in the mall longer and to potentially shop more. This is a greedy move by both businesses. Starbucks being cheap and Wilmorite biting its nose off while having issues to fill their vacancies. Although that location is successful, Starbucks doesn’t need it to survive. I believe the mall made a bad decision because it will leave a void for customers. So don't be surprised when many more business this year pull out.

Usually this place is great but I had a crazy interaction with a barista when my drink wasn't made right, he was extremely combative and started interrogating me while remaking it. I contacted the manager who seemed like he didn't care or believe me, even after I brought up others who've had poor experiences with the same individual.

Usually it pretty good but today I ordered a caramel ribbon crunch frappicino and it definitely was not made correctly. Didn't no whip at the bottom and no crunch. It was a plain caramel frap. The cashier was also barely paying attention to order and kept excusing herself to go attend to something else so wonder she got the order wrong and there was no way I was going to stand in that line for an additional 30 minutes.

I ordered a PSL and was given a regular latte with pumpkin topping - no pumpkin sauce. The girls working were so nice, but for $7.50 I feel pretty let down.

I literally LOVE Starbucks, and the rating I gave wasn't due to the drink and food quality (because it's perfect every time), but I gave this rating due to the fact that, whenever I go there, only one employee seems to actually be working. It's the same one person every time, too. It's like, no matter how many people are there at a time, she's the only one really doing anything.
