NEVER go to this Starbucks.The manager routinely disrespects the needs of the workers, and spends most of his time on his laptop outisde if the kiosk probably playing candy crush or something.It is always ridiculously busy, so don't count on your drink being made in less than 30 minutes.These workers are under a great amount of stress from some seriously childish and whiny customers, who love nothing more than to belittle and scream at the baristas, while the manager routinely does nothing about it.

Took over 20 mins for an iced coffee. Not because business was slammed (it was 6:45pm) or understaffed (3 employees working) but they had only 1 person making drinks. The other 2 were focused on cleaning to get out on time (closes @ 8pm). Incompetent.

Just wildly slow. We waited in line for 10 min. Then had to leave for appt. We came back to try again. Waited in line for 10 min and still waiting for drink now after 10 more.....either hire more people or better people or something. Not a smile to be seen around here because of how long it's taking. Maybe it's the mobile orders??? I feel bad for all involved

So my next purchase from here was so good. I won't be making it a habit for coming here but maybe once in a while. Today I tried a Venti Caramel Crunch Frappe it was so delicious I could kind of taste a bit of coffee but it wasn't over powering which was really good. I also got a banana nut slice of bread warmed up it was so delicious. I am glad I got to try something new. I recommend if you are wanting to try for the first time it really is so good. 10 out of 10 what I got today.

Waited in line for 10 minutes only to find out they didn’t have items to make certain standard drinks on the menu.
The service was so slow! I have been to other busy locations, but the service was much quicker and better. Some of the workers wouldn't even say the name of the person who ordered the drink when it was up. This caused a crowd to always be close to where the drinks were because we wouldn't know who's drink it was. Because of the crowd it was hard to get to the drinks. When our drinks finally did come out, 2 of our drinks came up, and 10-15 minutes later, our 3rd drink came out. Very disappointing.
