Got the Apple crumble oatmilk ice drink. What I thought shouldn’t be difficult turned into, the wrong drink being handed over, then immediately taken back…dumped in the sink, then slightly rinsed cup leaving whatever was in there prior still in there, and attempted to remake what I wanted in SAME cup. A comment was made along the lines of “can you get a new cup”….to the employee responding “what I washed it out”….excuse me?!?! Washed it out?! Hello health department violations all over. After the struggle she had to go through just to get a clean new cup, the drink was finally made. But if you have any form of allergies please be careful going to this location as they rather rinse cups over just getting a new one. Health department will be contacted

I waited a while for the barista to take my order as she was completing other drinks. Waited 5mins or so she finally came. I ordered a cold brew drink and she informed me none of the ice coffee type drink was available, so I proceeded to order the new ice energy drink and she said no problem and I paid. I stepped to the side talked to my daughter and waited, the barista took more orders which was fine so we proceeded look around and wait. A few more minutes after I realized the barista served all the other three drinks that came after mine and some with ice coffee type beverages where she mentioned was not available. She then told me the drink I ordered is no longer available after I already paid for, she then just told me to pick other flavours.
So I just picked whatever flavour she mentioned and the drink ended up being terrible and I threw it out shortly after. It was not worth it to go back to correct at this point but surely I would like to mention this experience if you are used to the efficient service at Starbucks to don’t have any expectations here or just go to another location.

Double check you receipts because they had a basket of cups on sale (70% off) but we ended up paying full price which is super disappointing. If I were going to pay $20 I would have picked a better cup, I only got it because the sale price. My bf threw away the receipt of course and in 2023 they can't look up a purchase via card I guess (starbucks customer service told me nothing they could do about it) the barista was great though more disappointed in starbucks and whoever controls their POS system.
