On Sunday, June 8, 2025, I approached the counter at approximately 2:20 in the afternoon. There was a woman behind the counter and as I was about to speak, she said that the Subway was closed. This was strange because of the time of the day when other restaurants were open. There were no markers or indications that the Subway was closed. I went to Burger King instead. What also left me stunned and shaken was the worker’s cold and unenthusiastic nature. I went on my iPhone to see when this particular Subway’s hours of operation are. According to the website, this Subway was listed as open. I am including 2 screenshots to show that the Subway was listed as open during my experience.

If I could give a 0 star, I would definitely do it. The food is ice cold even after requesting reheat it twice. The sandwich doesn’t taste the same as in other subway stores. I ended up throwing it away with only two bites. I love subway and have been to many stores in the whole US, this one is literally the WORST!!! Avoid going!!!

The lady working the subline at exactly 1126 today 5/6/25 was amazing. Best customer service iv had and a very welcoming personality! Havnt been to a subway in a while now but I will be coming back here for lunch any time I service the near by retailers.

I cannot rate the food or service. While approaching, noticed larger gentleman picking his nose while having a conversation with the older Women at the prep station. This completely changed our decision on ordering subs.

Everyone acts like they dislike their job. No fountain drinks to buy. No water, just bottled soda, ordered a meal had to go back for chips. No one at counter, had to wait. Should have gone to Burger King.

The attitude of the front desk clerk was very, very bad. She was always unhappy when ordering things, and she was very angry when she asked for two more bags. I don't know why. I suggest that the boss replace this employee. Because of her, we don't want to come back

I have no idea why this place is rated so low. I had a good experience here. Everything was good and fresh. They only had 2 people working, so it was a little slow, but I completely understand.

Worst subway I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. The staff is lazy and will often attempt to grossly overcharge. Wouldn't recomend anyone eats here. Corporate needs to clean house and start fresh

I was here today (March 22nd) around 6:00pm. There was a lady attempting to get reward points which didn’t end up working, and she stood and held up the line for 25+ minutes. After 20 minutes, the employee finally said can I make the other customers their food? The woman still didn’t move away from the register. The employee made the food of the woman ahead of me. All I wanted was cookies. I waited another 15 minutes, the woman holding up the line still doesn’t move. I’m not sure why the employee didn’t say could you please move away so we can cash these people out but the employee just stood there. I felt the need to say something to the woman holding up the line because no one else would, and it’s ridiculous to hold up a line for reward points, after the employee told her she couldn’t do anything about it. So I waited 30 minutes and didn’t end up getting my cookies because the woman would not move away and no one could cash out. You guys lost business and I will never be returning to this location. Maybe you should train your employees to handle situations like this better. Especially at a busy mall like eastview. Never again!
