I was here today (March 22nd) around 6:00pm. There was a lady attempting to get reward points which didn’t end up working, and she stood and held up the line for 25+ minutes. After 20 minutes, the employee finally said can I make the other customers their food? The woman still didn’t move away from the register. The employee made the food of the woman ahead of me. All I wanted was cookies. I waited another 15 minutes, the woman holding up the line still doesn’t move. I’m not sure why the employee didn’t say could you please move away so we can cash these people out but the employee just stood there. I felt the need to say something to the woman holding up the line because no one else would, and it’s ridiculous to hold up a line for reward points, after the employee told her she couldn’t do anything about it. So I waited 30 minutes and didn’t end up getting my cookies because the woman would not move away and no one could cash out. You guys lost business and I will never be returning to this location. Maybe you should train your employees to handle situations like this better. Especially at a busy mall like eastview. Never again!

If I could give zero stars I would. Seriously, just close your Eastview Mall location. No one is ever there, even when it's "Open". I shouted into the back, I called... and nothing. This is not the first time, either! It's beyond ridiculous. Get it together or get out.

The smell in those shops isn't the smell of fresh bread . I think they still use ingredients for toga matt's. Rubinos the best

November 9th 2022 2:00 p.m. Hispanic mail waited on me to order a tuna sub when I noticed he broke the button open with his fingers he didn't cut it the bun was tore apart he persisted on adding condiments on my sandwich and I told him I don't want that bun he rushed me to make the sandwich you gave me eye contact which was rude so he lost money for making the sandwich which was halfway done I couldn't bear to eat the sandwich after he made it so I just want to let you know he needs to be talked to he's not representing the subway operation like to make money for you guys

Absolutely the worst service ever! The female Latina behind the counter was so rude. "Just to let you know all I have is wraps and flatbread" I asked "what about all that bread right there?" It just came out, I'm not gonna burn myself. This was after waiting 6 minutes for someone to come up from the back to even acknowledge there were customers. Ridiculous! It's 12:05, lunch time and they have NOTHING ready. I hope the owner knows how ridiculous that is. Total loss of money for subway, while others in the food court are ready and serving customers. Good luck surviving in the dog eats dog world.Vegetarian options: Wrap I ordered was tasteless. Try getting flavored wraps, especially if you won't have bread available for lunch. Thanks!
