I didn’t expect to have a raw tuna in my meal, I ordered. I could even smell the fish, a raw fish, so I ended up threw it away. I am not in Japan…eating raw fish. It ruined a day for me. When I talked the lady at the store, and that was a waste of time.

I have a new drink! Some are much sweeter than others, and they carry almond milk for dairy restrictions on their milk tea drinks. The Ramen bowls are fantastic!

I don't know what it is about this location, but every time I've orderes from here, it's subpar. The Rochester location is so much better and it never tastes even close. Dry rice, dry beef, too much black tea and not enough of the flavor of the fruit tea.

their schedule is not correct, I came at 8:30 pm but they are already closed, although the schedule of hours on the door shows that they close at 9:00 pm

I love coming here for some ramen and boba tea. It is a nice place to have a date night with my husband or hang out with friends.
I visited on a very busy Friday afternoon and tried to order using gift cards I had left over, but unfortunately, the kiosk didn’t accept them. No big deal, though! I ended up getting the tomato ramen, which was excellent—definitely one of my favorites here. My friend ordered the poke bowl, and he also really enjoyed it at the time. However, fast forward to Sunday, and he was feeling extremely unwell—sick to his stomach with chills. We're sure it was something in the poke bowl that caused it. Despite that unfortunate experience, the ramen was great, the staff was efficient but refused to check the balance on my gift cards for future use due to how busy it was... I hope they look into the food safety aspect with the poke bowls for future customers.

Their kitchen was closed an hour and a half early. I walked in and was told I can only get a drink as well as the possibility of hot rice. Absolutely crazy

Something about having it INSIDE the mall entrance like this and having small with booths as opposed to the traditional larger brown wooden tables and booths is a bit jarring. First TC I've been to that I didn't wanna stay and chill in. Whether this is by design or a side effect of the seemingly smaller space afforded to them , I wouldn't know.

Vegetarian ramen not very flavorful. Tofu in the soup had been frozen which completely changes the texture to wet sponge. Canned corn in the soup was a strange addition I should have requested they leave out.
