This place is a scam. We got two large coffees, one medium and one small and payed $27.29 and the coffees were terrible. Not to mention we got two vanilla flavors and one caramel off the menu and they charged us 25 cents extra per flavor. Why do they charge extra for the flavor. For example $6.95 for a large vanilla latte and they charged 25 cents more for the vanilla so technically its $7.20 for one coffee. Never buying their coffee again.

$4.59 for a large coffee. Nothing fancy. Just plain coffee flavored water in a cup. $4.59. Take an exit and get real coffee at an affordable price instead of this rip off

Our family have been loyal Horton customers for 30 plus years on both sides of the border. So obviously we know what the coffee should taste like for this iconic name. We went off route for this stop at Seneca Plaza. We were extremely disappointed once again that we are not stopping at the rest area Hortons again. The stores stared being hit and miss in our neighborhoods and now this experience on my vacation and going out of our way for it really ticked me off and had to say something.

Stopped here for a cup of tea. Being Canadian we know Tim Hortons. A cup of tea was $4.72 USD We said no thanks and walked away! Wow.

Stopped here on August 24, 2022 / 9:15 pm NYS Thruway location. Freaking $3.75 for a bottled water. Three staffers too busy chatting to notice I was there - before gouging me. Then I had to dig though dirty ice to get my own water. Dirty dirty dirty location. Staff looks like they need a bath...and a new attitude. Witches, with a "B." Screw you Tim Hortons.

I recently moved to Victor and needed a new coffee place to go to in the morning. The ladies at this Tim Hortons are quick and nice. Emily and Sanji are the two that I always see working. They never make me wait and are always friendly!

Super overpriced... and the young boys that every review talks about don't listen correctly. Ordered a meal but they misheard it as one sandwich which cost almost $12! Sandwich was decent but this is seriously highway robbery at its finest.

Service was awful, a bunch of teenage boys swearing and jumping around while the Manager did nothing. Took 20 minutes for 2 sandwiches! This is fast food but nothing fast about it.

Across from our hotel the Westin Harbour Castle in Toronto, had the absolutely best coffee we ever consumed. We are coffee drinkers and been to many places in North America, yet this little shop across the street shocked us with how good their coffee was. Not bad bagels, cinnamon raisin or chocolate chip muffin either

Its stupid expensive due to the location, in mass the toll road rest stops are normal priced but in new York they're much more expensive than a regular stop off the highway.
