I always love coming here till now I had come at 4:30 before they closed and I had asked to order two iced capps just to get told that the machine was down and they are permanently closed as there were workers just sitting behind the sign all hanging out on their phones I was very disappointed

Absolute trash. Drinks are not made right , food is disgusting. I recommend NEVER EVER going to this Tim Hortons. A literal waste of money. Go to Henrietta if u want Tim hortons , victor is HORRIBLE.

guy with long blond dyed hair needs to be retaught on food safety because he kept wiping his hands on his shirt and touching his face and not changing his gloves. he also leaned his whole shirt into my food multiple times. gross. at least put on an apron or something. probably the whole staff has issues with cleanliness since there were other employees there that said nothing.

Victor location used to be the fastest place to get breakfast. Now it is among the slowest I've ever experienced - any where. I now go out of my way to avoid this location. It shouldn't take 15 minutes for one muffin when it used to take two.

Have gone to Tim Hortons for many years . The Victor store has NO HOURS ON ANY OF THE DOORS. Most of the locations have dark windows which make them always look closed , which hurts traffic . I’d like them to do well. But these items should be considered.
What is going on? 2 Saturdays in a row I’ve stopped at 6:00 AM and you have been closed. Your hours say you open at 5:00 AM. I was not the only in the drive thru that had to pull away because you weren’t open. I’ve been going to this location for a long time!

Went to the Victor location 6/4/24 at noon...Bought a BLT and it had one piece of bacon, one piece of tomato. Over $6 bucks for some bread and shreds of lettuce

Same as most fast food establishments. It was clean staff not super friendly and the food is what you can expect. Prices are somewhat high for the quality, but this is very typical these days. No real complaints, but this is my review.

My breakfast sandwich was burned. Hard as a rock! I couldnt even eat it! Their selections on food is poor compared to other tim hortons. Tried to call to complain. No one bothered to answer the phone.

Hot coffee with sugar free vanilla syrup and whole milk was delicious. Should point out that I like their hot coffee more than their iced coffee.
