I think Tom has the best burgers around very juicy you could taste the freshness in it I don't eat that often but it's a blessing every time I go there the customer service and everything is great and I love that special sauce that they put on the burgers only thing I wish they had one closer on East ridge road or West ridge road that I won't have to go way out to enjoy my special Burger
Waited 5 minutes at 1pm before a guy stated they were closed. I watched several after me do the same thing.How about a closed sign put out on the counter. Get off your cell phone.
Went there yesterday and guy told us they don’t open til 10:30 where the website says 10am. Went there a months ago and they were open at 10
Tom Wahl's was a awesome place to eat and if you do make sure you try the Junker plate.
Love this mall. Even when it is crowded it is big enough that you can still move around.

The food is great and not a long wait time.
Everything behind the counter looked messy. As if the last shift had cleaned, but the current shift was just letting things pile up. Lettuce and onions everywhere (not just a little - everywhere). Still, hands looked clean, plates were clean, and food was correct. Flavor is still Tom Wahls.
Husband had cheeseburger and said it was great. I had a grilled chicken sandwich and that eas also very good. We shared an order of fries. They were hot and plentiful for a small order. My only complaint was after we gave our order, we were asked several times what we wanted on our sandwich.
$3.99. Three ninety nine. Outrageous. Grossly overpriced restaurant with equally overpriced grilled cheese and just average tasting food.

Better than the other options in the mall food court, but never exceptional. This place is always slower than you'd expect, but is typically friendly at the very least. Food is usually done correctly.
Husband got a cheese burger and fries and i just got a bottle of water due to just having a surgery. But he always says how fresh the burgers are and we always have good service.
