Are you at the mall right now? Is your stomach complaining about all the shopping and asking you to stop and check in? Tom Wahl's is literally my go to every time I'm in Eastview Mall - side note - I live in NJ and have never seen this franchise other then in Victor, NY. The burgers are large and filling - however if you've had Tom Wahl's and you think the burgers are too big, you can always opt for a Kiddie Burger which is an average size burger and easier to chomp down on. (Similar concept to Five Guys) Other then their delicious burgers, they have some awesome milkshakes and ice cream cones you should definitely try as well!

I think Tom has the best burgers around very juicy you could taste the freshness in it I don't eat that often but it's a blessing every time I go there the customer service and everything is great and I love that special sauce that they put on the burgers only thing I wish they had one closer on East ridge road or West ridge road that I won't have to go way out to enjoy my special Burger

Waited 5 minutes at 1pm before a guy stated they were closed. I watched several after me do the same thing.How about a closed sign put out on the counter. Get off your cell phone.

If you're craving a burger while at the mall, this is your spot. It might be a little bit of a wait but worth it for the freshness. Fun tip: the kiddie burger is about the size of an average burger and is quite filling for less $$.
Everything behind the counter looked messy. As if the last shift had cleaned, but the current shift was just letting things pile up. Lettuce and onions everywhere (not just a little - everywhere). Still, hands looked clean, plates were clean, and food was correct. Flavor is still Tom Wahls.

Husband had cheeseburger and said it was great. I had a grilled chicken sandwich and that eas also very good. We shared an order of fries. They were hot and plentiful for a small order. My only complaint was after we gave our order, we were asked several times what we wanted on our sandwich.

$3.99. Three ninety nine. Outrageous. Grossly overpriced restaurant with equally overpriced grilled cheese and just average tasting food.
