They made a mistake in my takeout order. I called to ask if they could credit me for what was missing from the order. They went out of their way to take care of me. I get that mistakes happen and they handled it very well. Hats off to the manager or franchise owner that took care of me. Excellent

The ice machine was broken and the soda was warm / room temperature. The napkins dispenser was empty and the employees were short as if they hated life. I just wanted napkins and a few packs of ketchup, I wasn't asking for anything for free.
The bathroom was filthy with no soap, horrible condition in every aspect!

I just didn't like it that I had to bring the saucy nugs back in to be sauced properly and when I got on the road I found that they had used the spicy nuggets instead of the regular ones. Those things are dumb expensive for them to not make them right. Also the kids cheesy cheddar burgers had barely any cheese sauce.

I've always liked Wendy's, but this particular location was definitely the worse one. They were super slow, the fries were cold, the burger was dry, and the bun was stale.
