Can I say the warm and friendly! Cause that is what I experienced yesterday! They also had the boxed water which I only find at Bloomies and it was flavored with cucumber! I felt like I had stepped into a family room with the books on the table, the decorative warm lights and the pastries are yummy! Do yourself a favor and stop by!
