The first word that comes to mind is Excellent. From the amazing food, top-notch service and friendly, professional staff, everything was fantastic. I hosted a birthday party in one of the beautiful private rooms. The manager, Amer, was a joy to work with, and ensured we wanted for nothing. All my guests were impressed and left very happy, with many vowing to come back for the weekend buffet. Highly recommended!

An outstanding experience. We received a warm and gracious welcome. Patrons are friendly. The waitstaff is knowledgeable, efficient, warm and professional. The food is delicious and the pricing is reasonable. There are specials which I think offer an added value. It's a great spot with regulars who lounge at the bar. There is live music some nights, so I will definitely return. If you are looking for a relaxed vibe, great food, reasonable prices and great service, this is the place to visit.

We went here for my godmother's birthday, and the place was so accommodating. It wasn't to crowded. The waiters were nice. It is pricey but they have like dinner nights like 32$ lobster tail Tuesdays which is on their bill board. The food is absolutely delicious so I understand . They also don't have you wait forever for it

My friends and I went to The Tail House for oysters and were seated at 5:00 PM. By 5:15, we still hadn’t received our drinks, despite being the only table in the restaurant and the bar not appearing busy. We politely asked about the status of our order — no action. Ten more minutes went by with still no drinks. I went to the bar again to follow up, and instead of any accountability or urgency, the server snapped, “The door is right there,” when I asked if we should just go elsewhere.
We did exactly that — we left. I have NEVER encountered such blatant rudeness, indifference, and disregard for paying customers.
Save yourself the time and frustration. There are too many great places nearby that actually want your business.
