I ordered a calzone with sausage, when I got it home to eat I cut it in half. Half of the half was just crust with no cheese or sausage in it at all. The other part was either all ricotta or all mozzarella with a slice of two of sausage. The calzone cost almost $20 and I'm lucky if I ate $5 worth. Extremely disappointing. I will not be back. Oh, I threw the rest out. It was mainly dough anyways.
I'm a pizza guy, comming from a family were my wife's family owned many pizza stores down state and I gotta say, Brick House KNOWS THEIR STUFF! Excellent PIZZA, excellent salad and love their wings! A MUST TRY, YOU WILL BE HOOKED!!
Recently I stopped to get a few slices as it was my first time. I chose the mushroom. There were some already cooked on the pie but I wanted extra. I love mushrooms!! They didn’t let me down. The crust was thin but not overly thin. Crispy but still soft. Friendly staff as well.
