Where do I begin? We love Cullens. We were so excited when we heard they were opening a coffee shop in Hannaford Plaza. The staff is all AMAZING. EVERY...SINGLE...ONE. Mike, the head baker and owner makes the best bagels! Mine are always hot off the press when I get one. My oldest likes their bagels as well. Their coffee and tea drinks are very tasty as well. And to top it all off, Cullens is lending Voorheesville Production chairs and a table for Chicago! They are such an integral part of the Voorheesville Community. When hardships strike, they are front line to help in big ways. Cullens is great! Everyone should try it!

Food was ok, service was poor. Young lady at the counter couldn't have been more disinterested or unfriendly: one word answers, no eye contact, no help. The lady calling out names for orders simply sounded pissed off as she bellowed out names. Restroom was 'Closed'. Three tiny tables for seating, filled with crumbs from previous diners, food waste on the floor, and pretty much Zero atmosphere. We should have read reviews first, replies from the owner to critical reviews are snarky and condescending. Seems staff that we interacted with could use some training in etiquette, manners and customer service. Of course, rather than taking any of this as an indicator of things to improve, I expect any response from the owner to be similar to others. If nothing else, it might be entertaining. Can't come up with a reason to return or recommend.

My husband and I come here for family breakfast with our son almost every Sunday. It’s a great place to relax and enjoy coffee and food! Definitely try different things each time you go. Everything is made from scratch so it’s usually just a hair different each time. The raspberry hot chocolates, maple oat lattes and snowy pumpkin lattes are my go to drinks but there’s a million different choices! They do run out on weekends since they are so busy! My only complaint is in winter it gets pretty chilly so bring a sweater! But the big windows are so nice for natural light it’s a trade off.

We continually try to give this small business support and they can NEVER deliver. We are 0/5. They either run out of food (before noon), put out signs saying they serve lunch only to find out that they don’t, and sell what tastes like Luke warm water ground with stale coffee beans. This place used to be good when they opened. Just like the Crowing Hen they start out strong and then fizzle. Can’t keep stores open, hire people who don’t care and don’t even attempt to serve you. And they make you feel like you’re the crazy one coming in and ordering food that is advertised everywhere. Save your time, save your energy and take your money elsewhere. They don’t even have a permanent sign which to me says they’ll be closed soon.

What a truly disappointing experience. Ordered two burritos that were clearly made by someone who has no idea what they're doing. Both were not even close to being worth 11 dollars and it was essentially Luke warm. If I wasn't already home I would gladly return them and demand my money back, which is something I've never done and I've worked in restaurants. Looks are deceiving with this establishment because the females running it do not have any culinary background and put out products that are meant for tik tok home cooks.

On Wednesday, Dec 20th, my fiancee (at the time) and I walked into this place of business around noon. We stated that we were looking for light refreshments for the following Friday (Dec 22nd) for a small reception we were hosting at our home (after our morning wedding). We spoke with the owner directly, told him what we needed, and he wrote something down on the white board - that we would be picking up what he called a Bagel Box on Friday, Dec 22nd at 8am. When I arrived at 8:15am on Friday and told them I was picking up the Bagel Box, I was told (by the owner himself) that there was no order for that and he even asked me who I spoke with. Sir, I spoke with you directly. He did not offer an apology or to put something together, in fact, he made me question whether I was even physically in his establishment (which I definitely was) on Wednesday and talked directly to him on that day. After he gaslit me, I thanked him for ruining my wedding day and walked out. I had to scramble to find other options, and luckily, Perfect Blend in Delmar was able to put together a beautiful breakfast for us and our guests. I will never go back into that place again.

This is the first review I’ve ever written. The place is cute with nice decor, and the pastries always look good.On 3 separate occasions the chef has gotten my order wrong. The first 2 times I assumed it was a mistake, no big deal. Third time I contemplated just letting it be, but I decided to say something. I confronted the two baristas at the front about it, simply asking if I could have a side of the missing ingredient of my panini. The barista mentioned they were out of the ingredient. She then turned away and started sweeping the floor. I was sort of taken aback by it. I stood there awkwardly for 3 minutes while they ignored me. The barista was rude and apathetic, saying “I guess” when I mentioned that it would behoove them to let customers know when they are out of an ingredient, especially when the costumer pays full price for the item, and the lacking ingredient is a main component of the meal. I received blank stares, shrugs of apathy, and an attitude of “not my problem”. She truly, whole heartedly did not give a rats bottom. I asked if I could have something else in my sandwich to replace the missing ingredient and they offered me a slice of tomato. It’s apparent that Cullens needs basic re-training on customer service.Additionally, it would be beneficial if the chef put a sign up front if he does not want costumers special ordering menu items (additions or omitting items such as cheese etc), which is fine of course, but there does need to be clarity for the customers.I will not be returning to Cullen’s.

I always try something different from their handcrafted drinks and they're always really good. For the sandwich breakfast is been ok. I tend to like my egg well done and it wasn't but the next time was good. But I did try the fruit loops bagel with fruit loops cream cheese and I was very surprised how good it

I was getting my car worked on down the street and randomly walked into this place to wait. I took a look at the menu and realized they had sandwiches so I ordered the buffalo chicken. I was not expecting much, but it was the greatest chicken sandwich i've ever had in my life. Truly amazing.
