Horrible. First off if you're taking an order and the customer ask if you're sure it's correct because it looks wrong on the paper, and then you come back short a sandwich, checks the order, and indeed it is incorrect, don't tell him he's wrong and argue with him. After all he knows what he wants to eat. But especially don't claim you're short handed and then go to the edge of the counter to continue to talk crap about him with some loafer, while the other employees have to come out and fix the order, and the lines out the door!! Never have I recieved a egg sandwich so messed up it had mustard on it but every single one of them was messed up. It's Eggs, Cheese, and Meat. Guy, step back and let the lady run her show before you ruin her business...

I've had the opportunity to enjoy an occasional bagel from a slew of bagel shops stretching from Ohio all the way to Delaware and I must admit, the bagels at Bagel Buddies are EXCEPTIONAL! So much that I travel all the way from Nassau County once a month to stock up! Additionally, the staff is always friendly and the store is always well kept. I HIGHLY recommend Bagel Buddies! Quite possibly THE BEST bagels I've had. Ever!

Been going here for years and lately it’s always a problem. Their latest trick is walking away from you before you finish ordering and then they act surprised when your order is wrong.I don’t know what kind of attempt at speed and efficiency this is, but my orders are wrong more often than not. Last week was the third time I ended up with two bagels with nothing on them because the person behind the counter dashed away after before I finished saying “with cream cheese.”Also, my egg sandwiches are rarely made correctly but that’s been going on for like 5 years (I don’t know what’s so hard about a Bacon, Egg and Cheese with Salt, Pepper and Ketchup).I can see why their employees are moving across the street to Wildcat.

i’ll never go to another bagel shop again. the women who run the shop are so kind. the bagels are always delicious and the selection of cream cheeses are wonderful too. i love that the shop isn’t ever crowded and there’s never a feeling of being rushed when it comes to ordering. if you’re looking for a hidden gem, this is the place to go !

Bagel Buddies are my best buddies! I ordered a dozen bagels off doordash and when they didn’t have cinnamon raisin, they substituted French toast instead- which is an upcharge usually in most stores! Thanks Bagel Buddies!!

If you are on island time, this is the place for you. This time we waited a full 30 mins for a basic BEC and toasted muffin. Even when there is no line, you still wait a long time. Service is so slow, could they not hire more staff to fill the need? The poor lady does her best I guess, but there is only one little grill they cook on. Its basic bagels you can get anywhere else so we will stick to faster service at Nick’s Nook.

Good breakfast sandwich on a good bagel. Coffee wasn't great at all. And $10 for coffee and a breakfast sandwich 2 eggs, bacon on a bagel seems a little steep.
