WOW! The food here was amazing! Each dish was prepared perfectly and served by a professional and courteous wait staff who, although very busy, made you feel like you were the only one in the place. Bravo!

Went there with family and spent an hour and a half with no one rushing g us or hinting to go. Food was amazing!

So sad that Rob the past manager will not be there to always greet us with the best smile! Made you feel like you were apart of the Eastwind family! Have been going there for 15 years and we're truly upset that the best manager is no longer. Please reconsider this terrible decision! We miss you Rob!

First time there this past Sunday. The guy at the front was quite friendly and welcoming. The buffet presentation was beautiful and there were also quite some extra-tasty items, such as the short rib pasta and hazelnut (I think) dessert. I also enjoyed the cold mushrooms. One odd notice was the pastas seemed a tad undercooked - though there might a reason for that seeing as it may sit and further cook in its own steam at the buffet. For $40, I think it was a good bargain for a nice brunch with a complimentary Mimosa or Bloody-Mary at a beautiful location.

We had a reservation for Desmond’s tonight to celebrate an accomplishment. The staff was so accommodating and kind. We had 13 people in our party including two little ones and they were so nice offering choices of coloring pages. The food was amazing, and we loved the new menu!!

Was there earlier this afternoon. Waited 30 minutes just to get water. Same person came back to take our I order and NO ONE CAME BACK 25 MINUTES LATER. WE WALKED OUT. 1 star is your lowest rating if you had something about the size of . it would still be too high.

I’ve had the pleasure of officiating many weddings at East Wind over the past few years. This Father’s Day, I made a reservation for brunch, and once again, East Wind/Desmond’s exceeded all expectations. The food was absolutely delicious, the service was top notch, and the atmosphere was calm and welcoming—you never felt rushed or overwhelmed. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making the day feel truly special. It was a perfect celebration from start to finish. Five stars!

We got married at East Wind back in 2021, so every year on our anniversary we have dinner at Desmond’s and it is always amazing. The calamari is excellent and comes in a huge portion size. When the lobster bash special is one the menu, my husband always gets that. I love their pork chop Milanese, but this time I got the lobster roll which was delicious. The atmosphere is very cozy and the staff is always friendly. We love to walk around the shops beforehand. Highly recommend!

Always great food and great people. Stopped off on the way back to the city with friends. I have Always talked about the bar with them and we HAD to try it. As ALWAYS we were greeted by Kathy with aBIG smile and a hello how is the family. She did NOT fail. Made our night memorable and our friends made It their go to place. THANK YOU

Food is good, but the Fox News consistently playing at the bar is not. There is a time and place...turn it off (and all news, for that matter) so you don't alienate customers.

Lunch today was the prosciutto and burrata pizza. I had to send it back, undercooked. It was more crust than meat and cheese. Very much disappointed 😞
