Amazing amazing amazing! Me and my wife come here for special occasions, our anniversary, her 40th birthday, and it is worth every single penny and then even more! The food is absolutely to die for, every bite is balanced and seasoned to absolute perfection. We've never been to a place that's done it more right than La Plage.Mufasa was not only an incredibly attentive, kind and knowledgeable waiter, he was a somerlier to boot! Can't wait to come back!

This is a tricky review to write. My lobster special (whole lobster with sunchokes) and the mussels appetizer were EXCEPTIONAL. My husband's fish special, on the other hand, was not remarkable; it was standard flavor profiles, a bit over cooked and needed seasoning, The chocolate banana bread pudding was more like a chocolate lava cake -- delicious!-- but the apple pastry dessert was just average. We would love to return and try some of the other dishes. Intimate setting with a pretty view of the beach across the street. Sweet waitress.

La Plage is a quaint North Shore restaurant located in Wading River. The food is prepared to perfection, and we have never been disappointed. The staff members are friendly and accommodating. Although it is not waterfront, the serene beach is across the street, which contributes to La Plage's calming atmosphere.

Went the Last night of Resturant Week. They had the most extensive menu of any resturant I researched for Resturant Week. We had the freshest oysters for a small up charge. Also offered was Filet Mignon for a nominal up charge. The steak was cooked perfectly and was a large Filet. 50% bigger then you usually see served. Food and also the service was excellent. This was not my first visit to La Plage, and I have never been disappointed.

This used to be one of my favorite restaurants. I am not sure what happened, but it is not the same. We went for my birthday. The service was terrible and the food was not good. We waited quite a while to order drinks/wine while only one other table in the restaurant.When they brought my dessert out the waiter(s) did not sing son the entire restaurant patrons sang to me. It was wonderful but no thanks to the staff.I would not ever go back.

My husband and I went to La Plage this past Saturday night. My husband had the short ribs with scalloped potatoes and broccoli he said it was delicious. I had the Bronzino with clams , spinach and orzo it was excellent. Both of us had salads I had a beet salad and my husband had the apple salad. No complaints their both salads were very good. We split a cheese platter again this was delicious as well. The service was excellent The staff was so friendly. Needless to say we will be going back. Thank you for a wonderful evening.
