Great deli, super nice staff. Sandwiches are huge! You got to try one of their homemade pastries (I personally recommend the chocolate horn!)

I'm visiting Wading River and the area for the weekend and was sent to Nik's Nook for a breakfast sandwich. It was excellent, filling, and done up exactly as I ordered it. They serve really solid coffee too!Nik was super friendly and made me feel at home! Thanks for starting off my Sunday with hospitality!

Hidden away in the picturesque Wading River, Nik's Nook is a true embodiment of the phrase "hidden gem." What it offers is more than just a meal; it's an experience steeped in authenticity, warmth, and flavors that linger in your memory long after your visit. From the moment you approach Nik's Nook, there's an unmistakable aura of homeliness that welcomes you. The quaint exterior sets the stage for the cozy and intimate interior. The décor, while simple, exudes a rustic charm that instantly puts one at ease, making it a perfect spot for both quiet reflections and spirited conversations. But where Nik's Nook truly shines is in its culinary offerings. Each dish is a labor of love, crafted with fresh, locally-sourced ingredients that pay homage to both classic and contemporary tastes. While the menu might not be exhaustive, it's thoughtfully curated to ensure a variety of options that cater to diverse palates. Whether it's a hearty breakfast to kick start your day or a delightful lunch to satiate mid-day cravings, Nik's Nook delivers impeccably. The staff is another highlight of this establishment. Their genuine warmth and dedication to service elevate the dining experience manifold. They're attentive without being intrusive and are always eager to offer recommendations or accommodate special requests. Its location on Hulse Landing Rd makes it a serene escape from the bustling city life. Yet, it remains accessible, making it a sought-after destination for both locals and tourists. The ample outdoor seating, surrounded by lush greenery, is a bonus, particularly during pleasant weather days.Perhaps the only caveat, if at all, is that its popularity often means it can get a tad crowded during peak hours. But that's a small price to pay for the sheer joy of savoring delectable meals in such a delightful setting. In conclusion, Nik's Nook isn't just a diner; it's an emotion. A place where culinary brilliance meets heartfelt hospitality. Whether you're a first-time visitor or a regular, the charm of Nik's Nook never fades. It's a haven for those seeking comfort food in the coziest of settings. Don't miss out on this Wading River treasure!

I've been in a few bait shops in my day and none are as nicely put together and modern as Nik's. I'm crazy about the assorted cookies!

After a long and wide search for a good egg sandwich, we finally found Nik's! Eggs cooked to perfection. Rolls are delicious! Best egg sandwiches in the area!! Can't wait to go back before they close for the season! Thank you, Nik!

Cool little deli/convenience store. Decent beer selection. They cater mainly to the people camping at wildwood and their prices reflect that. Very expensive. Ended up spending over 30dollars for 2 egg sandwiches,2 coffees and a side of beacon (literally 2 slices). The egg sandwiches were decent but TINY.

Delicious breakfast sandwiches! They also are all so friendly (dont judge me I ate the other half of the sandwich before I could snap a pic)

Everytime i get food here its undercooked/cold/ made wrong. I bought sour cream here it was out of date. They are never stocked on drinks. Its like a gas station market but worse. Ive seen valero's that make food better.
